My brakes were squeaking, but only sometimes. Got a free brake inspection after my oil change and figured I would check my brakes.
My appointment was for 1 p.m. but car was taken in 15 minutes earlier.
I requested that the mechanic (Ben) show me my brakes before doing any work.
Not only did he show me that my brakes were fine, he also topped up my brake fluid for free.
Jordan at the counter answered numerous questions I had regarding brakes and tires, very friendly and honest people.
Really appreciate the honesty from this place, highly recommend.

I was told to leave after being there for 2 minutes because they couldn't remove the skid plate off my car. Drove down the street to Mr.Lube and they had it off no problems.

Stopped by for a full.synthetic oil.change before driving home to Vancouver. Initial contact was very good.
They had added Mobil 1 full synthetic to my car but were having difficulty getting a reading.
All went quiet for a while and then the Manager, Heather, advised me that they had drained the automatic transmission fluid instead of the oil !!
They had added the new oil to the old oil, contaminating the new oil.
All this oil had to be drained and new oil added again.
They had to get a Tech from their automotive shop to come and check, replace and test the transmission.
I and the Tech had never seen this happen before.
While everything was done to fix the problem, it should never have happened and I was there for well over an hour.
This could have ended up as a very dangerous situation.
Super Lube will definitely never be in my plans in the future.

I recently had an oil change for the first time at that place, and the service was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly, explained the process, and made sure everything was done right. Highly recommend it!

Good place for an oil change. Fair prices and they are not too pushy to upsell you on services that you don't need, unlike their nearby competitors.

Courteous and fast. Always show me the oil and filter, never selling me things I don't need. Filled tires and all fluids. Keep up the good work!

I get my oil changes here and the service is great!! Last oil change, the service worker noticed I had a slow leak in my tire. He told me to go next door to get it fixed and sure enough, I had a nail. They fixed it asap and NO CHARGE. Great service!!
