I had been going here for awhile but one evening i tried buying some snacks and was a dollar short, I then asked the older gentleman to put a canned pop away(cashier) until he gave me attitude saying he doesn’t know if I have money (I felt profiled) he then wouldn’t ring up my total and went on his iPad continuing to watch a movie/show, typically I haven’t experienced anything like this at this location but this was very disturbing.

They’re prices are too expensive and they have lesser options.. 7-11 is way better.

We bought an ice-cream cone there. The price was $2.99 and the cashier charged us $4.15. After we said the price was $2.99, he said that it's the price before tax. He also said that because we paid with debit card, there's 25 cents fee. The tax in Manitoba is 5%+7%=12%. So $3*12%=36 cents. And then plus 25 cents is $3.60. So even if we should be charged 25cents using debit card, this was unfair, because we were charged $4.15. Moreover, the receipt he gave up didn't have the name of the item we bought, neither it has the information about tax. We felt that they deliberately doing this so we could breakdown the total price and argue with them. We will never purchase there again.

The family is super nice to my daughter when we go in, always smiling and waving. The pricing is pretty much the same as any other small family run convenience store paying downtown rent prices. You have to pay a premium for the convenience but they pay a premium for the location to serve the area.

I don’t know how this place is still open. The customer service is just not okay. They charge you more actually double the price. Every item in the store is priced according to their wishes. I was surprised when i entered the store. They put their own stickers of price on the product which is not acceptable.Never ever coming here again . I would recommend considering other stores if they are open because they are actually good .

This is the first time i saw grocery store where they don’t weigh the produce but they charge you just looking at it ( actually whatever they want ) which is ridiculous. I paid double of the actual price. Never coming back here again.
