Unit is clean and easily accessible. Carts are always available. No sign of rodents ever. I’m glad they cleared out a number of abandoned vehicles.

I was calling for information and the receptionist was very rude( right from the get go) about me being confused on the size of storage I would need. I politely told her I wasn’t sure thinking she was going to give me options so I could go off of that, but she Rudley said” is it for like a 1 bedroom apartment or a 4 bedroom house” that information helped me immensely cause then it clicked, but she got so impatient so quickly, that it totally threw me off. Then she said there was no starage that she had available and left me not knowing if I should hang up first or if she was.

Had two insurance claims in 5 months on our motorhome. First one the guy parked next to us hit our vehicle and we didn't know about it till we went to check on our motorhome. Second one someone tried to break into it and wrecked the door and again we did not know about it till we happened to go over there. Raised the rates recently and still no real security or accountability.

Would give less than a star is possible. Items go missing, poorly managed, customer service is not great. Lady in the office is rude and short with customers. Boss is stubborn and won't work with you on anything. When he doesn't get his way he forces you to grab all your stuff that day and won't refund you for your time or missing items. Even tried to hold my items hostage because he wanted to breach the rental agreement we signed. Overall bad experience and wouldn't recommend them.

I parked my RV there. They have monitoring 24 hours, and the parking spots have a good space to fit your trailer. It is not cheap though. I can't tell about the storage.

Asked a simple inquiry and received a poorly worded, presumptuous email from this business telling me what I am looking for. I would not do business with an organization that cant grasp the simple concept of costumer service.

Rented for over a year and moved out. Still wanted an extra months rent. I did not leave anything belonging by your garbage bin. Could work on customer service

Brutal customer service. Lots of hidden fees they just charge your credit card for without you knowing. Climate controlled lockers are still hot and humid and can damage your items. They give you lockers as inconviently located as possible even though there are tons lockers available closer to the doors. Giving them one star based on central location alone.

i checked alot of storage places in my area, theses people were very helpful and freindly not like a lot of other places. the place was very clean and tidy looks really secure. and they give me a free truck. A great place to deal with
