Always had positive experiences when I’ve gone to the Polo Park location! The staff is always friendly and engaging. They have offered to order in a pair of shoes for me as they didn’t have the style in my size available currently!

I bought some boots online and change them at the polo park store because the boots were not my size. Unfortunately they only refunded part of the money and I lost my money. The cashier was very rude to me and I tried to explain to her that I bought my boots for a totally different value on website than what I was refunded.She would not check the system. I lost my money and by email no one responds.

I have bought shoes here for years. Boots runners fancy outing shoes. I LOVE the styles they have here. Everytime I go out people ask me where I got my boots and I sing "Steve maddennnn". I have read other reviews and honestly have never experienced, what other did regarding customer service. I love the staff and they are very helpful. I have had to return a pair that didn't fit and it went well I got the size up and they were un worn so the return was simple and I also have been given replacement shoes from a pair that had the sole break. I love the mall and STEVE MADDEN HAS THE BEST SHOES IN WINNIPEG. Thank you for all your hard work over there ladies, I appreciate all you do. ❤️Love- M

Came in with my sister last november 14th to buy her a christmas present. The staff didn't greet us at all nor approach us to offer their help, the assistant manager and other were so busy chatting, I made eye contact with them mulitiple to give them a signal that i need help, but they just looked back at us and did nothing, They are more interested to just chat and it seems like we are disturbing them and being an incovenience to them because they are not really interested to work.We almost left, but i still tried to give them a chance, When we finally asked one of them for a size for my sister to try on, it is very evident om their faces and their demeanor that they are unwilling to serve us and profiling us that we would try it on, waste their time and we can't afford to buy the boots.I still bought regular price, asked them to order us another pair since the one that they are giving us was defective , They called me today to pick it up, the manager and assistant manager was there, I asked for a price adjustment because the boots that i bought is on sale , the assistat manager seemed to be annoyed and the store manager told me that it has to be marked final sale if they'll do a price adjustment.I asked manager if she could spare a min to talk to her about my last experience in her store. I was really surprised about her response, def she doesn't care! She mentioned that i have to ask in order to be helped , And her employees were "vibing" since most of the people that comes in just looks around and their shoes are EXPENSIVE,which is a very lame and stupid excuse coming from a store manager , the moment a customer walk into your store as an associate you have to stop what you are doing and approach the customer, let them that you are there to help them, it doesn't matter if someone seems like they are going to look around or won't be able to afford what you are selling, you can't just assume and profile a customer.Def not worth the business, don't ever shop at steve madden, save yourself from those ignorant and uneducated workers they have

I went at their Polo Park location today as i was looking for a birthday gift for my friend.Keyli , my apologies if I mentioned the name wrong but it does pronounce like this. Coming to the point, Keyli helped me to chose a gift. She was really sweet and generous. This was my first purchase and the best one. Will be back again for sure.

I went to Steven Madden at polo park, yesterday the employees service was just terrible, bought pair of the thora booties I tired them then they got me one in the back took them home and and just when I was about to wrap them up the strips were broken seem like she knew but still wanted me to take them home. I can never go back there. Smh

Poor customer service. Made an order online to be delivered in the store. When picking up the order, the sales girl gave the wrong order. The new staff do not care about the customers. They are just here because they have to be there. They have no ethics in treating customers.
