Flat out rude, called today to ask a couple of questions on an estimate. Instead of asking for the Estimate ID number, which would seem to be a very simple way of calling up the correct estimate, the response was 'estimate on what? ' Then proceeded to tell me I needed to be more helpful. I offered to provide them the Estimate ID number but they insisted on getting the make/model of the car. Why not ask that question first instead of saying 'estimate on what?' Then my next question was to confirm the estimate was to paint/reinstall the same piece vs. a full replacement, to which they replied 'it says right here on line 5 what you are asking'. I've since returned from another autobody place that said they can easily do touchups on the 3 knicks in question for $0. Starfield wanted $1,600 to do what another autobody said can be done with touchups. So that's 2 strikes, rude and quoting a price on something that wasn't needed.

Had my car repaired (Insurance claim) at this place. The job was to fix a big dent at rear door panel and repaint. The paint starts to peel off within a year and start rusting. Front desk said these are stone bumps not covered as what they said originally life time warranty. It was very obviously that door starts to rust from inside out. Front desk said they will call me back to let me know if it will be covered. You know, they never call... I had to fix it somewhere else to prevent further rusting.Do not go this place to save you the hassle!!!!
