“Came in to get a new driver with a potential trade in to off set pricing. As a new golfer the whole thought was intimidating but the staff specifically Darrin was extremely helpful. I had my eye on the latest Paradym driver and had an idea of the cost that I would need to pay. Once we discussed the situation Darrin got me set up with the test machine in the back and gave me the idea of what numbers meant on the charts. I had better outcome with the prior generation and Darrin explained why that was the case. Once all was said and done he got me set up with a prior generation driver unlike other outfitters that will try and push the most expensive. He had also given me a very reasonable price on a staff bag I brought in. In the end I'm very pleased and will do future business and tell all my friends and co workers to as wellthank you so much!”

“Fiance was super happy with the winter jacket we picked out with the help of their staff. We also purchased a pair of gloves that we eventually exchanged, since it had a tear inside one of the gloves. No questions asked, the staff exchanged it for a brand new pair. Very satisfied with their customer service!”

“One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. 2 days ago I bought a pair of shoes that I thought would fit and lost my little receipt. When I tried my shoes on at home I realized they were too tight. I immediately thought the worst and assumed there would be no way to exchange them since I lost the debit slip. I called up the store to ask what I could do and Jess picked up the phone to help. In every other retail scenario I would assume that they would have shut me down right away. Instead, Jess offered to check the system for it, took my info and called me back. They were able to find my receipt and graciously allowed me to exchange my shoes.The unique customer service from Jess was excellent because she went the extra mile to help instead of easily dismissing me or saying no. A little extra goes a long way. It made my day, and now I'll be a loyal customer for life.Thanks to the entire team & management for going above and beyond.”
“I bought a cross country skis, boots, poles, and a pair of ski pants from this store. I was pleased with of the gear they set me up with. I received a hand-written invoice during the transaction, and was surprised to see a busy store, selling high-end products still doing sales the old-fashioned way. When I got home, I realized the ski pants were too big. I was able to exchange the item for a smaller pair by shipping with Canada Post. The store did not charge me for shipping. I thought the store has good selection and the staff are knowledgeable. Overall, i was happy with with experience and would shop there again.”

“I’ve been trying to get my hands on a pair of the Gel Nimbus 25’s for over a month, and they were sold out online in my size for quite some time. I was worried they were being discontinued now that the 26’s are out. I was able to go to the store and try them on and the staff were extremely helpful.They took my number and told me they would give me a call when my size came in stock. Got the call this week and the store manager made sure to put them aside and I was really grateful as I know these are sold out in the smaller sizes online.Just wanted to say thank you to the staff and the store manager for following up with me, I really appreciate it!”
“I went in today to look for advice on a skateboard setup, i was helped by a young man named Sal. He was so amazingly helpful! I had very little clue as to what i was looking for as im new to skateboarding, but he explained to me all my options, helped me pick out the pieces, shared his preferences, was not pushy whatsoever, and helped me find quality items that were an excellent price. He then put it together explaining to me everything he was doing, and was just all around super friendly! He definitely takes pride in what he does. Such an awesome experience!
