“One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. 2 days ago I bought a pair of shoes that I thought would fit and lost my little receipt. When I tried my shoes on at home I realized they were too tight. I immediately thought the worst and assumed there would be no way to exchange them since I lost the debit slip. I called up the store to ask what I could do and Jess picked up the phone to help. In every other retail scenario I would assume that they would have shut me down right away. Instead, Jess offered to check the system for it, took my info and called me back. They were able to find my receipt and graciously allowed me to exchange my shoes.The unique customer service from Jess was excellent because she went the extra mile to help instead of easily dismissing me or saying no. A little extra goes a long way. It made my day, and now I'll be a loyal customer for life.Thanks to the entire team & management for going above and beyond.”

“I’ve been trying to get my hands on a pair of the Gel Nimbus 25’s for over a month, and they were sold out online in my size for quite some time. I was worried they were being discontinued now that the 26’s are out. I was able to go to the store and try them on and the staff were extremely helpful.They took my number and told me they would give me a call when my size came in stock. Got the call this week and the store manager made sure to put them aside and I was really grateful as I know these are sold out in the smaller sizes online.Just wanted to say thank you to the staff and the store manager for following up with me, I really appreciate it!”
“Wanted to leave a review for an excellent experience I had looking for some new irons for the season. I was approached by Nate in store who listened attentively to what I was looking for. Nate was incredible at gauging the clubs I was interested in, gave some tips as to clubs that would best fit my game, and quickly set up up with a fitter Jonathan. The two of them are incredible at helping to you find the best product for your golf swing, were educational throughout the process, and put me in the driver seat for decisions with no sales pressure. “I went in today to look for advice on a skateboard setup, i was helped by a young man named Sal. He was so amazingly helpful! I had very little clue as to what i was looking for as im new to skateboarding, but he explained to me all my options, helped me pick out the pieces, shared his preferences, was not pushy whatsoever, and helped me find quality items that were an excellent price. He then put it together explaining to me everything he was doing, and was just all around super friendly! He definitely takes pride in what he does. Such an awesome experience! Definitely recommended. ??”
“Although Lululemon's website left both myself and my girlfriend pissed off with its inability to reserve a product, Peeru managed to turn all that around. He provided a great retail experience with his friendliness and eagerness to help. It's not something I see in retail often anymore. Lululemon needs more workers liked him and he's definitely in line for a raise.”

“Came here for a Nalgene water bottle and climbing shoes, the staffs were very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find the right fit. Nalgene is sold at a bit higher prices than Amazon but they have more colors available. Recommended”
