Bought a bed and mattress for my mum as she just got discharged from the hospital and can't sleep on the old bed.I confirmed with the sales guy multiple times before purchasing and was reassured that if in case mum does not like the mattress, you can exchange or refund the amount. Now upon calling, the story changed to - you have plenty of time to exchange, and we don't do refunds.Now backing off the initial statement and citing the business model doesn't allow.

The overall experience was okay. The sales guy was nice enough but he mentioned the floor model mattress for sale several times even after I said no. That insignificant thing aside, he signed me up for mattress insurance on a $1250 sale after I said I didn't need/want it. Found out 2 months into payments. Extra money paid needlessly and now it's on me to cancel it. We need to buy another mattress soon for our daughter but I doubt I will come back here. Mistakes happen but who needs the extra hassle.

I definitely get profiled when i walk in. Second time coming into this store and the middle aged guy working there just looks at me and ignores me. Clearly he's the low income one working as a salesperson at a store but yet he must think i can't afford to shop there if he doesn't greet me and offer to show me any merchandise but if friendly to everyone else.

Went in to window shop for a mattress, I was dealing with Colin. What a great place. Got some good Black Friday deals and Colin wasn't pushy or forcing me to buy anything. I appreciate ppl who don't push product and decided to buy here. Thanks for the pheniminal service. Super excited for my mattress to arrive and finally have good night sleeps on my new bed.

In store customer service was top notch- knowledgeable, friendly, and honest in providing a delivery date.Delivery and set up of the bed was another matter. The delivery people were just that delivery people with little experience in setting up the bed. This is the fourth bed we have purchased and the first time we had a crew was not efficient in the bed set up. Also when removing the old mattress they knocked a piece of base board off the wall.They were courteous and maintained all Covid regulations

Joey at the St James location didn’t pressure me at all with my first purchase which led me to come back and buy another mattress at the Regent location, props to that guy for letting us take our time and try out what would suit us best so I know what buy the next time. When I came to the Regent location and dealt with Randy he made the process quick and easy .

We bought our mattress set at the Regent location. Colin & Randy were so friendly and knowledgeable, they made the entire process easy! Delivery was a smooth process. We are very happy with our purchase. Highly recommended Sleep Country!
