Our new home and neighborhood are great! Communication and possession timeliness were very good as was our ability to customize the home we wanted to build. Our home is very functional and looks just the way we pictured it to in our minds! My mother purchased and built a house in 2020 with Signature homes and it was by far the worst decision she has ever made. This would her third home. She was left with costly repairs for example water damage from the poor plumbing and leaking from the roof. Signature Homes has refused to communicate and resolve any of the issues as outlined in the contract. We only wanted what was promised and agreed upon to be carried out.
I witnessed and my mother endured as they dismissed her concerns continuously; it left left my mother I feeling discriminated against as a woman and as a minority.
Their lack of transparency, lack of professionalism, lack of communication, and gross negligence are a few of the reasons I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company. Building a new home is an exciting endeavor, so you should find a company that cares for you and not just about selling another house.

I just read the latest review about the concrete work/driveway cracks. Signature homes, your statement is untruthful. I live in this area and can confirm, there are cracks on the freshly finished concrete driveway at the mentioned address. It is not good practice to call real photos photoshopped and accuse the owners of the house of lying. It characterizes Signature homes as business with low quality product/homes and poor customer service. It is easy to justify that pictures are real. We are all neighbours will be more than happy to confirm it and also bring this ridiculous case to CBC’s journalists. The way you communicate with customers is absolutely unacceptable. Your slander will be punished and justice will be restored.

Any challenges or concerns experienced, especially through a dynamic and changing environment in the past years, have always been dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
