Watch out when driving up to the pump - there are huge bumps that will easily scrape the underside of a car going over it. This is especially so at night when it's dark. You can see scrape marks on the bumps from cars that have bottomed out... it's amazing that these are not blocked off or marked in any way.
Unless you're driving a pickup or a big SUV that can navigate those bumps, I suggest trying another gas station.

I still prefer shell over any other gas station, yet no matter what, people will always complain about the employees, they are not here to bring you emotional support 10/10 gas station/car wash

it shows open been 2/3 times there nobody inside. and sometime i see somebody working i don't know if they open or not make sure to call them before u go at night.

SAFETY!Be careful at this location! Cars speed between the pumps to avoid the red light at pembina and dalhousie! Please put some speed bumps in to protect the safety of your customers! I've personally had a few near misses!Also watch your air miles at this Location! Air Miles typically show up within an hour at any other Shell station, not here, your card gets scanned and the air miles do not appear.

Pathetic service. Always come here to purchase almost $100 fuel every week. Needed a wash and always have purchased earlier at same location. This time, I purchased $13.99 wash. Car came out terrible. Went back to the cashier and asked for a refund or re wash. She gave me a free re wash after the fact I had to really ask for it because she said the car is clean without even coming outside and looking at it. After insisting on coming outside, I went back again for a re wash. Waited for my turn. After spending almost 45 nins at this fueling station, I came out dirty again. She didn't even want to come out to check. She said it's clean from 25 feet away from the car. I had to almost fight back for a refund. I guess if u treat people the way u want to get treated, it is a good thing. Then, I don't know what I was expecting for being a loyal customer to this location. SCAM! I hope she has a good rest of her day.

The worst service forever. The car wash was not functional. We was stuck there for five minutes. No one came to provide any help. People are waiting behind us. When I got off the car to search the help. The first thing the staff is blaming me why I got out of the car. Her attitude was awful. She said she worried that was slippery with a blaming tone. However she did not tell me whether the car wash work again or How I feel. She just kept blaming me for a while. And the car wash machine doesn’t work really well.
