it shows open been 2/3 times there nobody inside. and sometime i see somebody working i don't know if they open or not make sure to call them before u go at night.

SAFETY!Be careful at this location! Cars speed between the pumps to avoid the red light at pembina and dalhousie! Please put some speed bumps in to protect the safety of your customers! I've personally had a few near misses!Also watch your air miles at this Location! Air Miles typically show up within an hour at any other Shell station, not here, your card gets scanned and the air miles do not appear.

I don’t know why they wrote 24 hours open but whenever i go there at night time there is no oneOver here no cashier or he/she might be sleep in the staff room

The worst service forever. The car wash was not functional. We was stuck there for five minutes. No one came to provide any help. People are waiting behind us. When I got off the car to search the help. The first thing the staff is blaming me why I got out of the car. Her attitude was awful. She said she worried that was slippery with a blaming tone. However she did not tell me whether the car wash work again or How I feel. She just kept blaming me for a while. And the car wash machine doesn’t work really well.

This place got a terrible employee. Today we had a sudden severe hail storm. Everyone trying to take take shelter to this gas station. The employee came out aggressively and asked everybody to leave the premises. I was just speechless. I don’t have any words to describe the situation.

Terrible customer service from employee ATIF.The ultimate car wash did an ok job, however left my back bumper dirty.I asked to go through again with just a regular wash so it could clean off the bumper.. didn’t need all the chemicals all over again.. ATIF refused telling me my vehicle is 99% clean. I can say, he was 100% wrong and has no idea how to provide proper customer service. Will not return to this location and hope they can find better employees.
