I am really impressed and enjoying my journey with Shapes. The staff is friendly especially Bipanjot . Bipanjot has been accommodating and helpful in explaining and answering queries. She answers my questions without rushing even though if she arrived near the end of her shift. The staff enforce the (no outdoor shoes) policy. You have a choice to work out in the co-ed or women's area.The facility is clean. The gym is clean and well maintained too.

I’m a new member, right from the start I felt very welcomed. I’m learning all the equipment and am enjoy every visit.

Great staff that are very attentive and polite. Their white board/classes are always up to date and equipment is in good working condition. They have a wide range of machines to choose from and it’s a very spacious facility. I got two of my friends to start coming to this location even though it’s a bit more of a drive. But service is so phenomenal that we wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

I've had some recent experiences with rude staff that have soured my overall view of this gym, unfortunately. Cancelling a membership is unnecessarily difficult. The bathrooms always smell awful as well.

I stopped by our local Shapes to inquire about membership and to get a tour of the facility because the gym we currently use has had some changes and is no longer suitable for us. Staff member Bi was very helpful and answered all of my questions. This is a Women's only facility however we will go and tour a co-ed Shapes facility so that my son and husband can go as well.

Dayna was very professional, friendly and helpful, she stepped me through the entire process and ensured that I understood what I was signing up for. She shared the various options so that I could choose which one was best for me, very very good person to work with.

The shapes manager Coerced my partner into signing a false agreement to continue paying for her membership which they told her on the phone she can cancel as well as in person. @Shapes I have already emailed you.
