Hi everyone,I live 6 hours north of Winnipeg. I went there two months ago to buy Ordinary brand skin products because it had been recommended by many. However, their "skin product consultant", a woman in her thirties insisted that I buy PeterThomasRoth products instead. I had even a Clinique hydrating cream in my hand but she replaced it with PeterThomasRoth brand. I started to use these products , the next morning I had a pimple which turned into a blackhead. I tried another time with the same results. I stopped using them in particular, Glycolic Retinol Resurfacing Peel Pads. I had used only two of the pads.After two months I came back to the store since I happen to be in town. So when I brought up the issue with the manager, an Asian looking woman, she said "since it has been two months , we can't do anything about it". I said I live 6 hours away and I can't come to the store everyday. She did not do anything to rectify their error for pushing a certain product, not even an apology. So I left the Pads there and exited the store. I certainly don't recommend this place.

had a great employee named Ranya (i think that’s their name) helping me today!! they were super personable and gave me great recommendations! Ranya seemed really knowledgeable about the products!

I come here very often as I’m a makeup artist myself and work inside this mall, I come to browse or shop whenever I’m on break and it’s always the worst experience every time I come. I get asked about 20 times if I need help or if I’m doing okay still, when I’m literally just doing swatches or trying to look for extra goodies for my makeup kit. I get followed the entire time I’m there every time I come in and I feel very singled out even when it’s a busy day. I spend a bunch of money here to and I can never just enjoy my shopping time when I come due to the fact I get followed and harassed every time. I shouldn’t have to leave not feeling satisfied or have anxiety whenever I come in cause I know what I’m going to endure when I step foot into here. I do not recommend to shop here if you’re any other colour but white and that’s the plain truth. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I guess I’ll just stick to shopping online. What a shame.

I’ve given this location way too many chances …First off all the shelves could use a good wipe down to clean the dust and residue from products.For someone that spends a-lot of money here wow do I ever get followed around the store like an absolute criminal. Customer Service is lacking.

It'd be nice if i wasnt racially profiled everytime i went in there ex: yesterday i was followed around the entire time i was in the store (I'm indigenous) while there were about 5 white boys in another section that they didnt even take a second look at

Maria from the St Vital location was amazing today! She was so knowledgeable, polite and amazing it blew my mind. She was able to provide awesome recommendation which I loved and even demonstrate products and showed me how to apply and use them together. Thank you very much Maria, I’ve had best Sephora customer service ever with you.

Picked up some perfume as an Xmas gift to me. Lots of selection on make up and make up accessories. A smaller selection of perfume than some of the other locations.

Customer service is severely lacking at this location. The employees I dealt with seemed to want me to come up with the answers to my problems and didn’t offer any solutions. Don’t come to this location if you need any assistance with anything.Owner, no need to reply to my review with your copy paste outline where to send formal complaints, I have read it on other reviews, thank you.

Was not impressed with the store at all the shelves were very dusty ,there were empty bottles of perfume where the testers are no one asked if I needed help ..also for the prices that you pay for cosmetics no samples were given !!

5 starts because of the absolutely amazing service i received from the store manager, Kayla. I had an issue the previous day there, and she made everything so much better. Literally the best service i’ve had in years, give her a raise, she deserves it!<3
