April 6, Saturday, discounts, extremely many people, we spent 10 minutes trying to understand what we need for skin care. Until we asked the consultant to help us. The girl immediately consulted. But, since we were not sure about our choice, she offered us another consultant who spoke Ukrainian. It was Dmitry. Thank you for your help in choosing skin care. More such people.

I would say staff is very judgmental and rude. There was one fantastic employee there who helped us what we needed her name was RASHY. Very fast and efficient, humble. Ask for her if you need help because it seemed the others didn’t want to be there by looks and attitude. When I asked the front guy (they/them?) he acted like he didn’t know anything when all I wanted was to sign up for future promotions. Hire more better staff who don’t have big ego up their as*.

Too loud my god. There was an employee today march 2nd 2024 wearing a shimmering jacket omg she was way too loud, too loud. I get you are telling someone some story but don’t scream in the store, there are people trying to shop. I hope management gets it and take some actions for her behaviour

Don’t bother.Overwhelming smell of perfume upon entry.I probably counted about 12 staff members all over the store. Not one of them greeted me or asked me if I needed assistance (and I was checking and comparing various products). Any eye contact seemed to be disengaged very quickly.Although they asked the “did anyone help you?” at the counter. No response, not even an apology was given when I said no one helped me.I wouldn’t recommend going to this location if you can help it. The staff isn’t helpful.

Today I had another great experience at Sephora in Polo Park mall in Winnipeg. I looked for Remi as she had served me well before. Once again Remi did a wonderful job of listening to my needs/requests and I left as a very satisfied customer. She helped me find the perfect tinted moisturizer (and honoured my request to not have to pay $65!). I love my Rare Beauty tinted moisturizer. She has successfully assisted me with eye shadow, eye liner, mascara and blush!

Never have anything in stock or don’t stock the shelves properly so have to ask EVERY SINGLE TIME to check the drawers for multiple products. Once had a worker tell me they have none left of a product before even checking. Workers are often chatting and make you feel like you’re an inconvenience for asking for help. Also they have poor knowledge of products. I stay away from this location as much as possible.

Just left this location and unfortunately always have a horrible experience. Somehow, EVERY staff member is rude and acts like they cannot be bothered, while they’re literally at work? I was purchasing many items everything was either out of stock or it was a bother to the employees to help look for them. As a customer spending a lot of money on these pricey products, they are sure to make the customer experience horrible. There are also never any samples, which I personally like to use to gauge if I will be purchasing a product such as a fragrance. I will be purchasing my products directly from the brands going forward, not Sephora.

Went there to check out the colognes and the blonde guy worker was very rude and talked like I was beneath him when I was only asking simple questions it’s like he was annoyed to be there
