On June26 When we were cashing out.Kaleigh asked if we bought the right thick bacon.We didn't buy Western Family one which was on sale for 9.99.We had the Mitchell one. for 17.99She got gentleman from customer service to get the correct one for us.
That is what you call great customer service.Thanks Kaleigh

Outstanding pharmacy but the security harasses patrons and bully people. Very off putting behavior. Everyone deserves dignity. I've witnessed a few false theft accusations and no apologies were given afterwards.

I get my prescriptions filled here. Great pharmacist, very thorough and really friendly. 5 star plus service here.
Grocery, on the other hand:
I ended up with a rain check. I only got 1/3 of my requested items. Insufficient stock for an advertised meat item.
I have been given the run around trying to get the remaining meat, but the rain check isn't valid long enough by the time the stock arrives.
The grocery area is clean and has no funky smells.
Staff that I have spoken to are definitely not informed as to product arrival.
The manager was to call. As to date, no call.

Save-on-foods on McPhillips has a massive selection, so I was expecting something like that

I enjoy lately stopping in here. Clean, spacious, and the Western Family brand is interesting to check out, some new products/flavors. Staff is very nice.

Beautiful store to shop in. Shelves are stocked, even at night and Sundays. Friendly staff that go out of their way to assist the customers.

I’m done shopping at this location. The staff are pretty typically unfriendly and they don’t honour price matches. Staff acts as though you’re taking money of their own pockets and make up excuses like having to see the physical flyer when you show them the digital copy. I’m not going to fight with these people anymore. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

Darryl should spend less $$ on commercials and pass on the savings to the customers . Belgian andives went up about 60% at once. Wonder about the rest.

Hey guys, how old are your apples? The quality of produce in major grocery stores is just horrific these days, and I recently read that apples in grocery stores can be a year old. I bought these at Save-On Regent location two days ago. When were they picked?

One of the best grocery stores I've been to. Nice selection. Prices can be high but the quality and local food is nice!
