do not bring her flat tire repairs here. same bike same front tire same result. 6 flat tires after a 30 min ride the last 6 rides. defn of insanity. expecting a different result? every time the service person says "this is normal". there must be something wrong with the tire or wheel yet they are not smart enough to figure it out ...or care. just $28 a pop, see you after your next ride. never again

I popped a tire while riding after work. I brought the bike in at 730 pm thinking ya right they will repair it now. But he fixed me up with a new tire and tube in about 10 min. Great service at a value. Way easier than changing a road bike tire myself. Perfect local bike shop

Had a very pleasant experience buying a mountain bike for myself, the customer service from
Trent and Janet was outstanding. They were very knowledgeable about the bike, the tuning and everything. I had an issue with my bike after riding it once and when i called them they immediately sprung to action to rectify the issue. I will be recommending my friends and family to them - will not be the last purchase i give them that’s for sure! Keep up the good work!

I bought a cross country skis, boots, poles, and a pair of ski pants from this store. I was pleased with of the gear they set me up with. I received a hand-written invoice during the transaction, and was surprised to see a busy store, selling high-end products still doing sales the old-fashioned way. When I got home, I realized the ski pants were too big. I was able to exchange the item for a smaller pair by shipping with Canada Post. The store did not charge me for shipping. I thought the store has good selection and the staff are knowledgeable. Overall, i was happy with with experience and would shop there again.

Sampson sports has been great to me and my family for many years. Bought multiple bikes snowboarding equipment repairs tuneups etc. until one day last year I had brought in my wife’s skis and boots Wanted to pay so they could set up newer boots on her existing skis and the man who I dealt with was rude and unhelpful. Not the regular owner or his daughter Just needed advice or a hand. Was older and in his 40 s Not sure why staff like him are needed but you have lost a lifetime customer Very rude an unprofessional. Sorry you employee has ruined our relationship

While the customer service is amazing, their policy is not so much. My concern is that I received an x-mas gift from the store and my husband was not informed exchange or in store credit only Yes, it's their policy being only exchange or in store credit but how unfair in ways for one that will not be able to buy anything from Sampson's when you are not an outdoorsy person…bikes or skiing. I am not bashing the staff or store by any means but buyer beware and ask questions before purchasing with hopes of returning an item!!!! Now I sit on $565.00 dust collectors this is where I am not happy with the store.

Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff! Elly went out of her way to help me find the right equipment that suited my needs. Great experience, would recommend to anyone looking to pick up new ski gear - even beginners. Will definitely be returning.

Sampson's is the place to go for your biking and skiing needs! These guys run a great shop with great customer service. Pricing on items is good as well. I have bought two bikes from them and plan on going back again.
