This store remind me of a junky version of Winners. Lots of name brand items but the store always looks disheveled.

Bad customer experience! Wanted to buy a black suit from clearance section. It was red labeled for $199. At the cashier they wanted to adjust the price for $299 as their scanner showed $299. I asked them to honor the clearance sticker price. The manager indirectly accused me of attaching the sticker from another item and put it on that item! I felt disrespected and embarrassed in front of other people.

This store has all the latest trends when it comes to designer clothing,sunglasses shoes ECT. They got merchandise that you just can't find anywhere else in the the city with good deals worth a trip

This was the first time I visited this place yesterday. Collection was okay not that amazing. But there was Filipino associate who was working in front of fitting room. He was really rude to me and my friend when I asked about something. I also complained about him to cashier. First impression was really bad.

I always enjoy coming to Saks. I wonder why many don't visit. The stores always feels empty when i visit. Maybe i go at wierd times.I hope they don't leave . They are amazing.

This store used to have many great finds, but there has not been much for the past year or so. Now it is just the same thing over and over again. Not really worth visiting unless you have got time to kill.

I’ve found some really great finds here for myself and gifts for others as well. Lots of variety for anyone in the family.Big store and is organized well. Staff are notably friendly from my experiences as well.
