Damir is the Assistant Manager at Polo Park and he was exemplary. He immediately greeted me and let me browse on my own, and when I needed help he certainly sounded like he knew a lot about all the sales, promos and discounts that were being offered. From start to finish, Damir was helpful, informative and easy to talk to. I ended up buying two full outfits! The whole experience, including handling the fitting room was outstanding. This was my first time shopping at any RW&CO and I give high praises to Damir, who really changed my mind about this brand. If you do shop here, ask to speak to Damir, you won’t regret it!

Bad customer service! I was in town from Vancouver for a wedding and forgot my dress shirt at home. So I bought one here and when got back I realized it had a brown stain right on the collar. I had no other option but to reluctantly wear the stained shirt to the wedding. The next day I went to bring the shirt back and the two guys working there argued with me that they would never sell me a shirt with a stain on it and refused to refund me. Keep the shirt and I’ll keep my business and be sure to let everyone know the customer is wrong here.

Horrible customer service. Customer representative have zero knowledge and they do not try to help you. The store manager and northwest Indian were too rude. Do not buy from here! The polo park RW and Co location is horrible with refunds. Got fooled by their misleading sales. The recipient doesn't show the final sale. When I tried to return an online purchase, they said these items were on final sale and could not be returned. Even one item doesn't show a final sale. When I bought it, those items were not on final sale.

We have been in this store and other locations many times, and no one has helped us ever except the other day when we went in. The lady working throughly helped us with all our wedding needs and was completely amazing. Such a good experience. Just unfortunate that it didn't happen 6 times ago at any of the other locations including this one.

I liked the mens clothes more then the women. The women’s clothes felt like they were meant for women 35-50 but working from home these clothes don’t inspire me. The mens section looks more relaxed. I enjoyed the music and the open space concept of the store.

I've shopped here for 3 years, and will never go back to this location after a recent experience. I am not sure how often you guys reply to reviews, but don't bother. I'm not interested in speaking with management, because I already dealt with a member of your team in store who was totally unprofessional, accusing, and argumentative. I've never lost my patience with anyone in retail before. I've worked retail for a decent amount of time, so I understand how customers can be, and never wanted to be "that guy". However, the guy representing your store made that pretty hard. I think this is the second one star review I've ever left, out of dozens.

Manager is extremely rude and condescending, not just to my fiancé who had a poor experience there today regarding a price adjustment, but I’ve heard the same from multiple other people. If you want to be talked down to and made to feel stupid definitely shop here!!! :)

As someone still kinda new to the city and things opening up…I am starting to notice more things.So in December 2021 I went back home (Vancouver Island) for Christmas and on Dec. 27th I purchased items at the RW&CO.-Mayfair Mall as I do almost everytime I’m there. Got three items and came back to Winnipeg in the new year but I never took out the items from the bag cos I didn’t need them or even remember them.I decided to do spring cleaning and all that; found the bag of these new stuff but I had now changed my mind on one of the three items.To cut it all short, I visited this store today and I noticed I was being treated differently (including 1 other staff that looked like ‘me’) and I was trying so hard not to use the ‘skin color tag’…Anyways it was my turn and this young lady at the desk was saying she can only refund me the price of the item in ‘today’s dollars’ (which was about $9 less than what I paid for it). She also said she will have to give me a STORE CREDIT!!! I have never had nor heard RW&CO. giving store credits for items returned in less than 3months or even up to a year.Now, was I being treated differently or I was just separated from the World too long?

Bought 2 tshirts... staff was helpful, used my CAA card and saved some $.A good quick in and out shop.The clerk was helpful and friendly.
