Good product good store, WORST online service and customer service! Ordered something that’s 12cents away from free delivery and won’t help me at all. Waited two hours on the line for phone, end up asking me to leave a voicemail. Ridiculous

Pretty satisfied with their Boxing week deals but what made the experience so good was the great customer service I got from the two associates and the manager in which I recognized from another location years ago. They’re all attentive, and personable and made my experience welcoming.

Manager/assistant manager with the long hair was behind the counter not tending to other customers on the floor. Seemed more concerned with talking to his girlfriend than helping out customers who might need assistance. Very shameful.

Lousy staff. Unfriendly. Despite online saying they had stock the « helper » couldn’t find any. The good news - she didn’t seem concerned lol. This was the St Vital location. Polo Park was completely the opposite. Unbelievably good.

I had to do last minute shopping for an event and the terrible customer service I received at the Bay made me look elsewhere and happen to notice this shop while I was on my way to another store. The staff in here not only approached me in a friendly respectable manner, they went beyond my expectations, used measuring tape and looked up on their ipad for the clothes I was seeking. Professionalism at it's best at this location. Strongly recommend.
