Worst worst worst customer service ever there was a staff there on Saturday 27th April around 4pm ish she was super rude didn’t greet didn’t talk ignored that we were in store.

If a knit garment has a snag/pull in it, it isn't "just the way it is." Mind what you say to your customers, please. Rude and patronising isn't how anyone likes to be spoken to.Reply:There's no way to reply to your comment so I am replying this way; I did not have a problem with there being anything wrong or not with the garment. I made a rash decision and I dealt with the consequences of my decision. I also had no problem that the return was for credit only. I was told upfront by the person who had initially helped me with the purchase that I would not be able to return for money back. Again, I knew what conditions I was purchasing under, and I accepted those conditions.If it is just loose threads, I am glad that the garment isn't actually damaged; I will decline your offer to look over it again but I will be returning to use up the credit, thank you.

My daughter and i came into the store to buy boots and a pair of shoes.The 2 clerks never bothered to acknowledge us and just kept on talking.We founds items we liked but they kept on talking..We decided to just leave.NEVER WILL I RETURN TO THE STORE...Terrible customer service
