Initially gave the staff Preeti an excellent review but now I am revoking it. Our 2 year contract has expired so I wanted to return my old phone and upgrade to a new one. I returned my old phone and upgraded my line and got a financing plan for an iPhone 16 pro max. She kept saying we wont be billed for the old phone because I have surrendered it already to her. Lo and behold the bill came and there is a charge of $963. My husband and I immediately went to Rogers to have her correct the mistake and she said to wait for a few more days. I was worried bec it was an auto debit payment and I didnt want to pay for the old phone that I already returned to Rogers. Preeti kept repeating to my face “DO YOU TRUST ME DO YOU TRUST ME DO YOU TRUST ME?” Of course I said if she promised to fix the mistake then okay I will trust her. 2 days before the autdebit payment will occur no word from her yet. No answer on the phone and no reply on my husband’s text inquiry if she was able to fix the bill which we were wrongly charged for. My husband then calls Rogers billing department only to find out that the phone we returned was never surrendered back to Rogers. Billing dept said we should have been given a tracking number to really prove that my old phone was returned to Rogers. So long story short Billing dept couldnt do anything bec we dealt with Rogers Air Source. So husband calls this location where we went then he was told Preeti, the woman who accommodated us wasn’t in at work and that my husband was told that the billing update will take about 3 months. So my husband furious and helpless requested to suspend autodebit payment on our account removing all existing discounts by doing so. He kept calling Rogers for updates no answer. Have requested for someone to call to help with the problem still to no avail. Just left a voicemail again to Rogers Pembina location since nobody answered the phone. So there you go. I don’t think this woman deserves not even a one star with the way she played and toyed with me and my husband. So now a $963 charge is till floating on our account and still clueless and everybody is too afraid to even speak with us.

Judy was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs and very respectful , she even got me a special chair as I couldn’t sit on those hard stools.

I was denied my phone's in-store pickup and had to place the order to my home address instead.
The lady refused to be of any help and just asked me to talk to customer support to cancel my service. Thinking of switching my provider due to this bad experience.

Got scammed when going to pick up a phone that I had ordered directly with Rogers. Unfortunately I chose this location for pick up, instead of having Rogers mail the phone directly to me.
They wouldn't give me the phone until I chose a new plan, even though the plan had already been setup with Rogers directly when I ordered the phone. The person changed the plan without my consent, they activated the phone without my permission. So I ended up asking the person to just cancel everything since they were forcing me to change my plan.
Contacted Rogers about this, they confirmed the plan, but asked me to go back to the store to have this person correct their mistake. This person flat out lied to me concealing the information that Rogers had provided probably to not get in trouble with their employer. I ended up having to cancel my line with Rogers, and moving to another carrier. Beware about these people's tactics. I guess they work on commission or something.
