Recently travelled from BC to Winnipeg and had trouble with my vehicle. A friend recommended I take my vehicle To River Park.

Young tech I never caught the name of helped me when my wheel was falling off. Super respectful and didn't hesitate to help me out. Nice to see that good honest shops with helpful techs are still out there!

From start to finish, communication was clear, price total came out as quoted and timelines that were set were met. Can't really ask for more.

I’ve been taking my vehicle to Riverpark auto for the past year and they have always gone above and beyond. Full inspections were always done, as well with recommendations for the future if the matter wasn’t urgent. I bought a lemon, and Riverpark Auto was always kind and compassionate whenever I had to bring it in. From Cal at the front, to the mechanics. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Came here for an electrical system check. Came out with remote starter not working. Found the issue: We inspected the inside when we were at another automotive. Turns out that they pinched a wire between a bolt and nut. Which caused the remote starter to no longer work. The inside was also messy. The manager also argued with me on the phone and refused to accept the fact that it was their mistake. He insisted that they did not check that area and that it was probably the other automative shop pinched the wire. I then asked him: Why would my remote starter suddenly not work anymore. Everything was working all fine until they inspected the electrical system. I was pissed at the fact that they denied their responsibility. I used to trust you guys, I loved this automotive. If you guys can’t even be honest with your customers, then I would not want you to have anything to do with my vehicle again.

Recently had some minor work (needed new passenger side front wheel replacement thanks to the neverending abyss of pothole/craters we call Winnipeg roads) The customer service I received from Ian on the repair/quote even the fact that he had the spare tire put in the meantime untill a replacement was ordered was very impressed with the turnaround time considering how busy they were. Even though I don't live close to the area where their shop is located I would consider going there in the future.

I had some concerns about my repairs and was able to work with Richard, the owner, who was outstanding.Please make sure to always reach out to a company and talk with them before assuming nothing can be done. Richard was great to work with and had fair solutions that were promptly provided.

I brought my car in 3 times for the same issue, and they proceeded to charge me the 3rd time for labour despite the fact they did not correct the issue the first time. Will never return.
