Sunday. Store hours 9AM-7PMIt’s 9:51AM and the store is closedWhen I asked why the door was closed, the employee (Carolyn) seemed not to care, saying doors open later on weekends. The response was unfriendly, asking why it should be open. A simple sign could prevent customers from waiting needlessly, knocking on closed doors, and feeling ignored. The lack of communication and inconvenience were disappointing.

Went here to pick up my prescriptions the lady at the desk ignored me… then the lady that did come to the desk ignored me and continued to shut down the tills at 6:30 and count money in-front of me and as I clearly stood there waiting to be helped.. she made eye contact with me and ignored me.. never in my life did I experience terrible customer service like I did here

So i went here yesterday. customer service not very friendly. they are charging for covid test kits?they wanted $8.19 for a box of 30 mailing envelopes. which i ended up getting them for a $1.65 at the dollar store hmmmm I will never go back to Rexall

Had tryed to Get a Prescription but was called back twice only to be told that it wasent ready, The Meds were for a child, so Dissapointed with how this place is unprofessional and Dosent know how to complete paperwork ontime and Efficiently.Vary Dissappointed because what if that was someone elses child

The large sign says “open late” on the henderson location, however it’s latest it’s open any day is 7pm. I work all day and hoped we could pick up our post office pick ups and unfortunately we can’t. I’ve never really had issues with it otherwise but 7pm isn’t convenient.

Normally perfectly good service. Seems to depend when you go though.The last time I was there I was 4th in line. Waited in line for 15 minutes then decided to leave. I was 3rd in line and by the time I left there were 4 people behind me. The older woman at the counter treated it like a social visit with whoever was at the till. When she saw me going to put my items back she said ' I'll call another cashier'. I said don't do it for me, I'm going somewhere else to get my items.But like I said earlier normally fine service. Occasionally frustrating service.

Worst Pharmacy and hours I’ve ever seen. Contacted them 4 separate times to fill a prescription in which they kept saying “my doctors office didn’t reply”. My doctors office stated they responded the very first time. Once I contacted them again to check their fax machine “Tada” there it was. Medications take FOREVER to fill, customer service is slow and rude and hours of operation are absolutely brutal!

If I could give zero stars i would, starting today non essential items were allowed to be bought. This location does not have any carts or any baskets because the employees are too lazy to clean them for their customers. My partner went there to buy things and got accused of stealing because he had too many items and he put one thing in his pocket to bring to the cashier. The cashier just assumed he stole and accused him and gave him a lecture. Super unprofessional to accuse someone off the hop about stealing. A simple question of do you need help with shopping would of been fine. Im extremely disgusted on how employees act at this location, I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody, unless you like get accused of stealing when you aren't.

Went there to pick up a package from Canada Post, arrived 15 minutes before they closed, but when I tried to go inside the doors were locked. I made eye contact with a blonde girl when I walked up, and she ran away, and didn’t want to help me.Seems very rude and is bad service to close 15 minutes before advertised online, and at the storefront. Pls do better.

BUYERS BEWARE!For the third time in the last 30 days, I've had to argue with the cashiers at the front about the pricing of my items (and be refunded the difference). Rexall is unlike ANY other major store in two ways:Firstly, there is NO screen facing towards you so that you can check that the prices scan in correctly. If theres a problem, you wont notice until AFTER you get your bill.Second, every other major store in Canada (including shoppers and Safeway-just down the street) have a policy that if they scan the item at the wrong price, you get up to $10 off the item (or the item free if it costs less than $10). Rexall DOES NOT have this. They can charge you WHATEVER they want for your items, and even if you catch them the penalty for them will only be to refund you the difference.I would highly recommend that you shop at NoFrills, Safeway, or Shoppers on Henderson instead of this Rexall location. This Rexall has incorrectly priced my items far too many times, and they don't even get reprimanded when you put the effort in to notice. Go somewhere else if you can. Don't let yourself get scammed.
