TERRIBLE pharmacy. Happy to say after years of being with them, I am going to be using a different pharmacy. Worst customer service. Wait on hold for a half hour just to have them say they’re faxing your doctor for a refill, and then you call your doctor to find out they didn’t do anything. So many times they have lost prescriptions I have dropped off as well. Don’t trust them with your prescriptions. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was just there for boxing day shopping, the store was scheduled to open at 9am, but we were told the pharmacist was running late, so they could not let us in or open the store until they arrived. We waited until around 9:10am.

I don't understand from where all of these negative reviews are coming. I have never really had a bad experience at Rexall. Reading the reviews, it seems that most of them are about the pharmacy. I go to this location for my prescription and have never had an issue. The only you have to remember is, if you call the pharmacy and they are serving customers, they can't always answer the phone. So , if you need a prescription filled it's best to go down there in person. The staff there are always friendly and very efficient. I will always shop at Rexall on Corydon.

Never got the call for pick up my prescription even though they said they'll call, went 3 days after and wait for more than an hour.The lady on the counter not friendly at all, they messed up with the amount of product my cream was supposed to have and then with the insurance.Worst experience ever in a drug store.Not a good place.

The pharmacy almost NEVER answers the phone and when they do, you just get put on hold immediately and indefinitely until you hang up. I transferred my scripts here thinking it was convenient as it’s super close to me, but my goodness, unless you can do the automated refill and not have to talk to someone, you are forced to go in as there is no way to contact them.They also never have anything ready on time. I usually give a few extra hours after it says it’s ready for pick up and every time it’s the same… “We are working on it right now”.They leave you at the counter without so much of a “be right with you” or any acknowledgment of you even being there. I get that sometimes people have to wait but being blatantly ignored for upwards of 10-15 min makes me think they just are trying to get people to leave. It’s horrendous.

Disaster! The last 6 months has been a disaster. Meds never ready when they say. "Yes, it's ready for pickup". Lies! never ready, so I have given them an extra day, still not ready (last 3x!!!). Paid full price, only to learn they only gave me 1/2 of the prescription! (count your meds before you leave!!!) This happened twice! Always an excuse with them, and never try to rectify the issue so it doesn't keep happening.

Wow. I think this pharmacy could be dangerous. They handed me the RX and when I asked about interactions with other meds they said it’s all on the paper in the bag! ?? It wasn’t. I had to call my normal pharmacy who told me to stop taking one of my allergy meds because of an interaction. Glad I did that. It’s concerning that someone else may not have done the same and had health issues because of their carelessness.

Worst pharmacy in the city. They never have your prescription ready on the day/time that was promised. Last week, I had to call/go there 4 times until I got my medication, 2 days later. On the third time I went to the store AFTER the time they had promised, waited for 20 minutes because the manager was having a conversation with the pharmacist, I complained to the manager cause the medication was not yet ready, he promised to deliver to my house the next day. Guess what? They didn’t deliver to my house, I had to call again at 4:30 pm, they asked for another 10 minutes, then finally I went to the store AGAIN and got my medication. It’s a joke, worst customer service ever. No respect to your time and health.

I experienced the security guard kept stalking a customer closely. The shop manager assistant was contacted, but didn't handled properly. The whole staff team seemed not respecting customers or not understanding how to run a retail business. This is the worst customer experience ever seen in the world. I suggest the shop owner hire better quality staff to replace someone who is just waiting another pay day to come.Also, be aware of the expiry date on the product you bought in this shop.

The most difficult place to get a prescription filled. I'm speaking from multiple experiences but here is my most recent.My prescription was sent and I did not receive a call for a week. I finally called and was told it was in fact ready and had been for days. Upon going to pick up the staff ignored me waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes. Didn't even tell me they would "be right with me" just would not make eye contact.Zero customer care. No apologies.

Just a full on nightmare. I have never tried to fill a prescription without at least 3 new and 3 old mind-blowing issues. Faxes are magically never sent or recieved. Went to get a cream and they didn't follow the instructions on the side on how to mix before prescribing. Makes me very nervous if they correctly handled my other meds and I do not feel comfortable continuing there. They also were very rude. Can't go back until the next day to pick up my meds because of their ridiculous hours. Was a new patient but will be transferring my prescriptions.

Every time I call or try to get through to the pharmacy no one answers.. I get put on hold for 20 minutes or I get hung up on. Every time I go in for my prescriptions there is an issue and I’m left waiting when I called ahead and they said they would be ready for a specific time. I’ve been told to take my prescription to the front counter to pay where they tried charging me without my benefits and the front counter rep had no idea what they were doing he just kept saying I owe them $120. I asked for a manager who just directed me back to the pharmacy to pay. Pharmacy staff are always grumpy and seem to hate their jobs. The only staff member who was pleasant and cheerful and professional was Mila. I dread coming to get my medications and wish I had a different pharmacy closer to me…

Very disorganized and unprofessional, dangerous management of prescriptions.Was at a clinic near hear, went here to fill a prescription for antibiotics. Dropped off the paper, they said 20 minutes. I set a timer and came back just after 20 minutes later. They couldn’t find my prescription, asked my name numerous times, then asked if I was “Lorna” (Im not Lorna) then they said “okay we’ll fix this just wait” and I stood at the pick up counter for 40 minutes. They gave me the meds, finally. When I got home, TEN PILLS WERE MISSING so I had to drive all the way back. They’re very disorganized and unprofessional and it’s dangerous for people working with medications.
