I went in to return an item and get a refund for something that I was double charged for. I also planned to pick up a couple more items. The lady at the register seemed ticked off that I was doing a return. She didn't seem to believe me that I was double charged. She asked me who the sales person was. I didn't see her in the store and said it should be on the receipt. I didn't want to get them in trouble for a simple mistake. I asked about price adjustments since everything was cheaper than when I bought it 5 days before. She said I would have to bring everything back in with the tags or buy everything again and return the other ones. She kept on talking to the other associate as she was returning my items and I found her very rude. I looked around but left the store with nothing.I assume the lady was the manager by the way she was talking. I will not return to that location.

I placed an order online for instore pickup and my order was ready the next day. I was unable to pick up my items that day so as per the website's rules, I sent my friend the confirmation and ready for pick up email and called the store to let them know I would not be one picking up the order and give them my friends info.Can someone else pick up my order?Yes, once you receive your Ready for Pick Up notification, simply call the store with your information along with the name of the person picking up. The person you designate must then bring the Confirmation or Ready for Pick Up email and a government issued photo ID when picking up the orderWhen I called the woman I spoke to said that my friend would not be able to pick up the order since she didn't have my ID. I started to give her my friends info so they knew who she was and was told "I don't have time, I'm very busy." I asked what would be the best way for her to be able to pick up my order and she again said "I'm too busy, I don't have time." I'm not even mad that she was rude and couldn't take the 20 seconds to get my friends info, I found it really funny. I'm going to start saying that on the phone when I'm at work and see what happens.3 stars. Cute pants and employee made me laugh.

I went to the store quickly after work, hoping to get work pants for the next day. I went in 15-20 minutes before they closed (I hate being last minute and in a rush!) but it was such a great experience. Lorraine was absolutely amazing! She was right at the door to greet me and ask what I was looking for. She knew my size without me telling her, suggested certain pants, and was very knowledgeable about the clothing.I felt valued as a customer, and appreciated the fantastic customer service.I've always loved reitmans, and this experience just reaffirmed that! Looking forward to shopping here again!

rude costumer service when trying to return a jacket I bought for my mother for her birthday, no exceptions for the return, I didn’t want a refund, wanted store credit to purchase something else for my mother. Unfortunately they did not allow a return and the jacket was the wrong size, I asked for a smaller size and was again told no. All I wanted was a gift for my mother and this business sold me an item unfit to my mothers liking, not her size, and didn’t allow any exception for my mother’s gift. Now I cannot afford to get my mother a present and now reitmans has lost a valuable, long term costumer for life.

I love shopping here. I havent always been a plus size person but it really doesnt matter what size you are I love how the clothes fit and the staff is really great. There really is something for everyone. I took a friend today and she scored three blouses and two pairs of pants and she looks fabulous.

Well laid out and lit store with many sales on a variety of women's casual, office and sportswear clothing. Friendly staff, safety protocols observed and fully stocked. I found 5 items for a total of $120.

According to my last visit in the store at smart centre, Winnipeg , I don't even want to give 1 star. Very poor customer service. I don't know why they hire employees like her, who don't even care about customer. I have asked her to place online order for me or give me the same price that's show on website but she refused to do that for me. One of the main reason that's why nowadays retail is not doing well because they don't know how to provide good service. I recommend to shop online rather than going in the store. At least we don't have to deal with all this nonsense.
