There's this one guy on the register that keeps trynna make small talk with me. Its nice that he's trying to help the customer but he DOES NOT NEED TO DO ALLAT. He told me that he might quit since he hates all the customers, including me so I don't know why he talks so much. Also there's this old guy there who tried to trip me.

Unfortunately being a loyal customer for years just emptied my pockets, as their prices rose, I depended more on Wal-Mart. then recently they bait switched beef roasts twice on my pick up orders, I received $10 a pound when it was listed for $7, it matters when your spending $200 on beef, checking in the store everything was listed for $10 still, either a lazy meat department or they bought in the corporate greed., this made me get my first Costco membership, should have switched years ago. Don’t order pickup as they will make you wait 40 minutes for that. Walmart provides a better pickup service, they get you your order in 5 mins. Just wanted to try something new other than Walmart and man it was a struggle.

I have been coming to this location since 5 years. Always found everything great, always a friendly nd caring staff. But today evening i was dealt by front staff Maria.M. She was rude and has non cooperative attitude. i needed help with scanning milk bottles that were on my cart. i asked her that plz scan them but she said that, "I cant...take this scanner and you do it". then she didnt asked me pc card for points ..when i reminded her that its part of job to ask for pc card then she stated arguing with me nd my family. At last, i said her Goodnight to which she didnt replied at all. may be she could have a bad day or something personal however it shudnt reflect on Customer service. Maria.M take some days off and go for a nice vacation dear!

Carrot muffins - 6 for $6. Same deal at No-Frills.
The ones at No-Frills are only half as big - but twice the flavor. I'd rather enjoy the smaller one than twice the size but bland taste. No stars for this faux-food.

The guy was so rude and unruly towards customers…gosh!
Never had any such experience in any store before now…he was practically shush-ing everyone out of the store because it close time even when u r waiting at the till.
Gooosh…can’t deal!

It gets exhausting using self checkout and continuously having teenage workers have a tone and attitude with you.
Used the self checkout today, and I accidentally set off the scale by putting my bag down. I want to preface and say the bag was from Winners. I was trying to scan my yoghurt and the checkout was not letting me, so the red light went off and I waited for an associate to come and help.
A young woman in an adidas zip up walked over and the first thing she said to me was “you need to scan that, you can’t just have it”. Wether she was referring to the yoghurt in my hand or the items in my basket I’m not sure, I just replied with “I’m trying to scan the yoghurt, but it won’t let me”
She seemed irritated at this point and proceeded to then count the items in my basket even though absolutely nothing had been scanned as I had just walked into the checkout. I tried to explain this to her and she just kept repeating “you need to scan all of these items”.
She finally understood I had scanned nothing at the end when she finally looked at the machine and saw nothing was rung up. She asked me where the items went, and I told her they were never there. She left. I scanned my items and finished my shop. As I was walking out I said thank you and she just stared at me.
Such an uncomfortable experience for no reason at all.

First of all, I don't understand this store's name as most of what it sells comes from the US. I guess it's because we don't grow apples, potatoes or carrots in Canada. Plus their prices have sky rocketed in the last years, so have the profits of Loblaw's and their parent company. I actually should thank them because I was getting so mad each and every time I went shopping that I have subscribed to two CSA's from nearby farms, one for veggies, the other for meat, and I'm not turning back.

Can't find help when you are trying/roaming the store.
Cell phone service assistance in the store is off and on. My carrier is Roger's.
Cleanliness is good. Well stocked store.
Staff friendly when you can find one.
Vegetables were in fresh condition in bins. No funky smells. Prices are good.
