I often go grocery shopping at the superstore here on Sargent Avenue and I know one of the things that customers come back to is the good customer service of the workers in all business establishments, but when we went grocery shopping on July 29, 2024 around 4 o' clock in the afternoon, our cashier's name is Lerma 244, that's what's written on the receipt, doesn't even know how to greet or thank the customers. I even thanked her but she didn't even reply. Hopefully your workers will learn how to be good or proper customer service.

I was at this store at 7 AM this morning and I needed help in the kitchen area and the lady there was very very helpful
However, I chose to use self check out because the lineup for the only cashier had about seven people in it, the woman in charge of the self checkout has absolutely no idea what customer service is.
I realize that the anti-fatigue mat I wanted to purchase did not have a price tag on it so I said to this lady, can you help me?
And she responded with, “ With what?”
I told her there was no price tag on my mat and then I shouted at her With What???
She then became somewhat gracious and said we’ll get that for you right away because she knew she screwed up.
Perhaps she needs to be Retrained in the proper responses when somebody asks, can you help me?
Good gracious how terribly impolite!!!

Coffee went from 6.99 to 8.99 to 9.99 in 40 days. I understand supply and demand and that there is a coffee shortage. But prices on the shelf don't fluctuate with prices of the market...meaning, prices will never come down. Galen wins....again.
The 25 liter "black earth" is mostly sticks. Home depot sells 25 liter bags of actual black earth for half the price.

Lawn and garden does not accept cash. No signage displayed saying so. PC Financial did not replace my card so couldn’t make a purchase. Terrible experience.

Staff are great and friendly, but the owners of this company are greedy and immoral price gougers. Do your business at Costco, or really anywhere else to abstain from lining these greedbags pockets.
