My wife bought some shoes at this location last week and the service was really good. The shoes were very comfy and almost 60% off. The location was nice and clean and easy to access. We searched the whole city for shoes and this was the best place we found for comfy yet stylish work heels. Highly recommend.

I've been to the mall many times and the girls there were always so polite and answered all my questions. Bought some good shoes. Comfy and durable. 10/10 would go again.

Worst customer service I've received in a long while. I had politely asked if I could still make a purchase though 5 minutes before closing; a Tshirt that was available in the correct size...no trying on or even deciding. I hadn't been aware the mall closed so early, esp so near the holidays (which is why asked). All 3 staff members were rude & dismissive & looked at me as though I had insulted their mothers (which I did not).C'mon Quarks, do better!
