The worst shipping experience ever!! Wanted something delivered, it won't be! You call them several times in proactive manner trying to solve that issue in advance - no one cared! You weren't home when they delivered your order - details on the note, but where the note is only God knows and courier who left it! Unsatisfactory at all...

Ordered an item from a particular store, and was told that it would be shipped to my home directly. Received a notice stating "Sorry we missed you," and to pick up item at Michaels which is close to where I live. Went to Michaels to pick the item up, was told that it may come later that day. Received another notice later that day, stating that the item is now at the depot location on Sargent near the Airport which is way across the City. Tried calling and was put on hold for at least 30 minutes, I then hung up. Called back again and choose the option of them calling back, they never did. Horrible experience, and I would never recommend to use Purolator for any kind of shipping or delivery service. From reading all the complaints, I'm surprised no one from HQ has intervened or followed up on all the complaints to rectify this problem.

This Company is a joke been waiting on a Saturday morning for my package. I’m physically staring out my window. Driver pulls up in front of my apartment block doesn’t get out of his vehicle. I go from my apartment downstairs to the main door and he had driven off saying that not able to deliver called the company. Spoke to a management manager that was a joke. Still waiting for a phone call back. This company should not have a business license.

Make no effort to deliver, forcing people to go to a pickup location when they paid for delivery to their home. Even if you're home and you tell them you'll be right there they do not wait longer than it takes them to write the slip.

Very frustrated with Purolator! I received a notice on my door to pick up my package at the Sargeant Avenue location. I drove there and was told that my package was at the Pembina location so I had wasted my time and gas driving all the way to the first location and then having to drive to the second location.At the Pembina location the clerk said they had called me that morning. I looked at my phone and saw that there had been one call but it didn’t say it was from purolator and no one left me a message or text! This is so idiotic I cannot even fathom it!!!! So you call, no one answers, and you don’t even leave a message? Not a text? You have my number!!!! I would never use Purolator to ship anything! They’re beyond useless!

I've been waiting all morning for a package. I was in the kitchen (small house) when they came for delivery. No knock, nothing just a delivery notice in the mailbox. I have a dog that alerts to EVERTHING. No indication of a door knock. I'm very disappointed.

Driver lied about no receiver being available. Purolator wouldn't 're-deliver' even though no attempt to deliver was made. Chat support was terrible, 5minutes response time between when I asked a question and when they would answer.Website said "Unable to deliver - receiver unavailable", I reviewed our cameras and saw that Purolator was in the neighbourhood, but never drove down our driveway and never came to our door, so they made no attempt to deliver. We were here the whole time, they never showed up. We also have a "No Signature Required" sticker, so if they were here (they weren't) they could have just left it. It seems from reading other reviews that lying drivers that don't actually deliver packages is standard operating procedures.Chat support would reschedule the delivery for another day, but wouldn't 're-deliver' today. It's not a 're-delivery' since no initial delivery attempt was made. It took chat support 5minutes to respond to my questions, even if I responded immediately to theirs. Wasn't helpful at all, seemed to just be copy and pasting stock responses...Lying and not delivering packages is Purolator's standard operating procedures. In the future, I will make sure our suppliers do not use Purolator.

I cannot get thru to purolator on ph . Virtual assist. Can't help. I don't have a buzzer in my bldg .I wanted to ask them to leave it at a depot on Henderson but I cannot contact them.I tried phoning 4 xs and waited over 1/2 hr . Plse don't leave your AUTOMATIC RESPONSE email in reply and not do anything .$ 200 .00 product and I can't get ahold of anyone . It can't be sent back !!!!

No pedestrian access.Driver never knocked or rang the doorbell. Just came up and left note on door saying we have to come all the way here from across the city to pickup urgent parcels. Then coming to here there's no sidewalks, pedestrian or handicap access. Near impossible to access if you don't come with a car.

I will not get tired of repeating that this is the worst delivery. We used the services 3 times, but still we had to go to the other end of the city all 3 times. They pretend that no one is at home, so the package was not delivered, BUT THIS IS A LIE!!! The third time ordered delivery to the office, but they didn’t deliver there either. We arrived today to pick up the parcel, they said that the place was not indicated, but everything was written on the box! They lie! They don’t deliver parcels! I don’t recommend using their services!You ask me for giving you my tracking number?For what?what exactly is the number out of all 6? Now Purolator has completely lost the package. It’s been rolling around Winnipeg for a week now and I can’t pick it up. You yourself know that you don’t deliver packages and don’t change anything in order to work normally. Unfortunately, the supplier only works with your delivery and I have no choice. I would never use your services

Purolator is the worst delivering company that exists! Their service is a joke! They never attempt to delivery your packages and then it doesn't matter where in are in town, they always send you package to the other side of the town... I wish Amazon would stop working with Purolator or at least let us know when it's this horrible company thay will delivery, so I would avoid buying those itens.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The level of unprofessionalism is atrocious. I was at this location today to pick up a package that was addressed to my husband, and although I had all of the information needed and as well as government issued ID both mine and his showing the same address on both that matched the address on the package they were not able to release it to me. This is a policy of theirs (which I can respect and understand) but that’s not even what I have the issue with. I can understand a company policy, what I cannot understand is the level of unprofessionalism in the delivery of that message. The lady at the counter waved her hands in my face as I held up the driver’s licenses and she started to raise her voice at me. Her demeanour was rude and unprofessional. When I realized she would be no further help, I removed myself from the facility to de-escalate the situation and got my husband to contact the shipper to have them contact purolator to have them release the package to me. Once I got the go ahead from the shipper that I was ok to go back and pick up the package I went back to the same facility. I was met with a different lady this time who was a tad more helpful. I say a tad because she was able to offer me a solution and I was able to get my husband’s package released. However, when she went into the back room I could hear her and the lady who had previously “served” me talking about me in an unprofessional manner while there was myself (a customer) and other customers in the lobby. Of all the money (millions) that Purolator makes annually perhaps your money would be well spent providing customer service training for your miserable staff. Absolutely embarrassing behaviour Purolator.

Extremely poor delivery service, if I can give negative stars I would do so without a second thought, the fact that google forces me to give 1 star means the system is broken.Okay so as to my experience, these guys think I'm sitting at home near the door, phone ready 24/7 waiting for their lazy drivers to finally deign to show up. Sometimes they say they are coming at 8am only to come at 4pm sometimes it says at 4pm only to show up at 8am and if you miss your call by 1 min thats it they leave only to tell you you can pick it up yourself in a far far away place. Extremely poor service. -5 stars/5

I would give 0 stars if I could. No delivery notice on my door, I get an email notification after the pick-up facility is closed for the day. And now I see the facility is closed from Friday-Sunday!? Must be owned and operated by Canada Post or something...
