Great company to work with. They were able to produce a large order with limited time. Vere fast and helpful. As a small university association, it was hard to find a canadian company that was able to provide what we wanted within a tight timeframe. Krystle was amazing to work with on our large shirt and tote bag order. The communication was top tier with quick response times and informative, making sure all of the information was made available in a timely manner. Our larger order was finished before the deadline we had for our budget year so what more can you ask for! Printed Shirts also still had our mock ups for shirts that had been printed years ago which was so convenient as we could basically just place a new order without needing to re-design the product. Amazing! Definitely recommend Printed Shirts for you printing needs.

I work for the Keg Steakhouse + Bar in Guelph, and I just so happened to stumble across printedshirts.ca when coordinating custom team jerseys for all of our Keg sporting events. When inquiring about our large order, the owner Lorne graciously contacted me directly within hours to assist. Fun fact - he used to work for the Keg back in the day, and he was happy to get our order started for us. He set us up with the company's account manager Klaas ,and they both were beyond accommodating! They went above and beyond in ensuring we were happy with our designs, and got them in a timely manner all the way to Ontario. I placed my order on a Friday afternoon an hour after they closed. An hour later the owner emailed my to confirm my order, and Monday morning Krystle had my order on the move. Fantastic customer service, great quality, fast responses, and a proudly Winnipeg company. Great people to work with!

Overall fantastic experience.
Quick context: our team's jerseys were delayed in shipment. I reached out to printedshirts.ca late Thursday evening for potential options/pricing and received a response that same evening.
Lorne was incredibly friendly and helpful in providing options/pricing (even though they were 'off the clock').
While we did not end up picking up the t-shirts as our delayed shipment became available for pick-up last minute, I would highly recommend this business for it's incredibly friendly and prompt response time.

Klaas and his team at PrintedShirts were amazing to work with. We are a small community theatre company and we ordered cast shirts. Klaas worked with us to get the best design, colour and layout, the pricing was spot on and service was quick. When I made an error in numbers, Klaas personally made sure that we had the additional shirt.
