My wife didn't realize she'd left her driver's licence at the Planet Rd store in Winnipeg, to our surprise it arrived at my place in Alberta by Purolator. Now that's customer service.

Took a drill back that was purchased over a year ago, drill was only used a few time but the handle failed on it, they exchanged it for a new one. Staff are always very helpful ??
