Go there for my walks on my break. A lot of stores are gone. Saw production crew film the Roku Christmas special in the mall, quite the transformation they did to Portage Place,

Not a great mall and because it is downtown there are some gang activities happening there as well as general crime. Generic stores...not much to write home about.
2025 update, crime is not as bad but more stores have left the mall.

Went to Portage Place felt very safe with the Bear Clan Security. Looking out against criminal gangs organizations.
