This shipping company's reliance on unqualified personnel caused a major disruption, resulting in me being stuck in a hotel for an entire week. Due to their inability to handle the logistics efficiently, my shipment was delayed, and I had no choice but to extend my stay, incurring additional costs and wasting valuable time. This frustrating situation could have been avoided if the company had employed more competent staff to manage the process smoothly.

Craig was super helpful. Once we discovered that the container was going to face the wrong way he suggested spinning it and did it in 32degree heat no problem

Prince did an amazing job of facilitating the container placement. He went above and beyond to get it in exactly the right spot, being careful of close overhead wires and nearby fences. Thank you so much!

I was hoping to rent a 12' POD for one month. I received 2 different quotes with 2 very different prices. I called the customer service line and that was not helpful. Although the representative was very polite, it was extremely difficult to hear them, lots of mumbling, and they did not seem to understand my request, or know much about the POD services.

Craig (driver) did an incredible job during drop-off. Explaining how, if we attempted to slot the pod into the furthest parking stall, it would intrude on the second stall. So we agreed to install it in the second stall and it fit like a glove!

Great timing but was not impressed that the quote is only good for 7 days. Called 10 days after getting the initial quote and was quoted over $200 more.
