Just an email away to Jo Ann. I don’t drive, so it’s very convenient for me I’ve been sending money thru etransfer for more than a year now. Send etransfer, email the info, then you just need wait for few hours, receipt will be sent to you.

If only I could give 1/4 star. I started calling from 3pm until they close at 4pm on saturday, Sept.28, 2024, no one answer the phone. I was told to just call for my acount number. OCT 1, 2024, I called from the time they opened at 9:30am finally the rude lady answered the phone and said "you are not the only client here, you shoul've sent an email" so I told her "you told me to just call and now you're telling me to send an email?" Please please please..of you are working in a customer service setting, please have some courtesy...answer the phone with respect!!!RESPECT BEGETS RESPECT!!!! I would recomment banking with pnb but not the people working in this branch especially the front desk...

Worst customer server lazy employee how this small business works with this unprofessional employee.. shut thia business down.
