** AVOID **Was KICKED OFF property for being a bobtail AFTER BUYING FOOD at the Burger King. hadn't even finished eating. None of my driver co-workers or I will ever spend a dime here again, along with recommending people go elsewhere.

Very clean place which is a pleasant surprise. I am a truck driver and Most truck stops in Canada are dirty and I always wonder if I should skip the shower since they are terrible. Only downside to this truck stop is the parking. I saw the strategy used by the drivers here. They all park bobtail and reserve the spots for their friends. They call each other and meet up so they can park their units in the reserved spots. Hence no parking for fuelling customers who would like to shower. When I mentioned this to the attendant he simply pretended to not understand my language. ?

Wifi hasn't worked in weeks, garbage full and overflowing. Fuel islands dirty. This place has really gone downhill. Staff is so useless they can't even figure out how to reset the wifi.

Like most petro passes, they are often hit and miss. The squeegee's are often to old and not in good shape, the fuel prices are always high in Canada in comparison to the USA. The station was created in the 80's by Pierre Trudeau purchasing them for Canadians to get cheaper fuel which of course never happened. Canada can do better. Very small stores with very over priced items that never sell due to the pricing. If properly managed from the top the place could compete with truck drivers, but truly it's not managed well. The main reason it gets business is due to fuel card programs and BVD does give obviously good returns to companies but grossly neglecting the drivers themselves. In a day and age drivers are forced to fuel trucks themselves for free as they're paid by the mile, you'd think they'd give them a coffee or a sandwich for purchasing $1k of fuel an average fill up for doing the job of gas station attendants for free...but of course not. Where companies like Love's in the USA realize this issue, Petro Canada or Petro-Passes fall drastically short with their points and programs for drivers themselves. No free coffee, no fresh food for their few barren stops and getting a shower is never simple at a petro for truckers as they require receipts and in winter the receipt dispensers are often not working. ImThe card systems state side are far better for organizing receipts that can easily be printed later, where here in Canada I find myself phoning or going in to get hand written receipts which could be questionable for tax receipts. It's obviously not up to proper standards in my opinion. But they're all the same. No true competition here just standard hubbub, but the staff aren't the problem. They try to keep the showers clean at least at the locations with shower facilities.

This is quite a good petro pass truck stop by BVD group. Staff here is well behaved. Washrooms and showers are quite clean. Burger King is in the shop building which is open till late. It has got around 20 parking spaces for tractor trailers. But only bad thing is most of the spaces are taken by local teuck owner operators. They park the trucks and go home. I see some Bob rails taking whole parking space which is real bad.Local guys if you read this try to get some parking space rented it won't hurt you that bad may be couple hundred bucks a month, but that will give drivers like me who travel from other parts of Canada to deliver or load here.5 stars for the cleanliness and friendly staff.

Date oct 06,2022 Time- 9.00 Am.I went to the store for shower, and i saw one person was leaving after use the shower, the counter person said, Let me clean shower first then use it. I was start waiting from 8.40 Am to 9.30 am and nobody clean the empty shower. He was like the less we clean and less will be occupied. Very Bad customer Service. Most people are truck drivers who uses the shower and it’s their behaviour on them.

Just be careful with employees not paying attention to what you asked for as they will charge you extra you don’t want and will force you to pay.“Sorry he’s new, so you’ll have to pay” pay for the employees mistake -_-Note: employee was talking to someone in his Native language while assisting me and made mistakes I had to pay for -_-
