We have been visiting Pet Valu on Pembina regularly for dog wash since one year ago. Today, we went for a dog wash at around 3:30pm but I was disappointed about their dog wash this time. Usually, we wash our dog twice but after we put shampoo on our dog for the first time, the hot water was totally run out.We asked the staff for assistance then they told us there were 11 dog washed in a short period of time that’s why the hot water tank was out of hot water. We couldn’t wash our dog for the second time because the water was too cold and my dog was shaking.After the shower we asked for a discount since they failed to provide the most basic quality of service but they only gave us 10% off. The reason I felt disappointed is that they didn’t even offer the discount initially for this careless mistake, which they could have prevent this by keeping track on the hot water supply before allowing customer to wash their dogs especially in the winter.

Employee is in rush just to kick is out,came tonight to look for gold fish and she told us we are closing in 5 minutes and we start walking to the door and she came again and with attitude said " it's time to go"!. Hope store manager put someone with responsibility and respect for store after leaving.
