I enjoy this salon. I’ve been to others that have more luxurious options but no one does the pedicure as good as the ladies here. I keep coming back over the years. I enjoy that they don’t talk to me the whole time, I can relax and enjoy.

Very poor nails service. There is no quality in their work. I got Shellac manicure done but the nail paint started chipping the next day. I wouldn't recommend this place.

If I could rate 0 I would.
My friend and I came here for a wax, mani and pedi. We went in for the wax first. It was my friends first time, there was no fresh product and the lady wasn’t very gentle when preforming the service. She didn’t do the entire wax as the backside was left undone from a Brazilian.
Then when she finished. Before my friend was dressed, the employee left the room and multiple people saw my friend naked.
This is beyond unacceptable. Unprofessional and unsanitary

Today i done my nails from this Salon. But the lady was so rude. No interaction between artist and customer. They were talking in their own language and even they were fighting with each other. Wastage of money. Why are you talking with so much attitude, we are paying you. You are not providing free service. Please don’t go there. Zero service. Even my nail is broke just in a week. Totally Wastage of money.

Had a French manicure done and it was one of the best manicures ever!!
Yes, they were talking to each other in their own language, but so we’re customers of other ethnicities…. When I initiated a conversation with the girl who was doing my nails, we had a very good conversation the whole time… You can’t expect a worker to start talking to you nonstop if maybe you were there to just relax they don’t know unless you talk to them first!!!

I used to go here but then stopped and now I remember why. Went to get my brows done and they did a terrible job. Try explaining what I wanted to the person and they didn't understand what I wanted replying "I don't know what you want" and when I tried to communicate they talked mostly in their language and I couldn't understand a thing they were saying. They hardly touched up my brows when they were "done" it didn't even look like they did anything. I swear I could have done a better job myself. And they were crooked to boot. Would NOT recommend this place. Poor communication skills, poor service and very poor knowledge of what the customer wants!

Worst nail salon ever to go to , went there first time it was such bad experience, staff is so rude . Wont understand customer's needs. Will charge more than u expect for nothing .Will never recommend this to anyone.

Listen to the reviews! I normally go elsewhere, but I was in the mall birthday shopping and I wanted a pedicure and acrylics. My nails were fine. But, I left the salon with an infection in my toe, obviously didn’t notice right away but next day my toe was very sore and I looked and it was sooo swollen. I called to complain they told me come in and they of course said it’s my fault! But yet, those cuticle cutters were FILLED with everyone else’s dead skin still while she was cutting my cuticles. Fast forward, it’s now a little bit over a month, and the infection is even worse I went to the doctors to get antibiotics because they said it could even cause problems in my blood stream now for how long this infection lasted. If this antibiotic doesn’t work, I’m definitely putting a lawsuit against them. Aside from that, they don’t have good client relationship. They just all talk amongst themselves in their language.

Worst worst worst experience, very low class service, don’t know how to speak , have zero knowledge about nails, unprofessional staff and management. The receptionist treats everyone rudely and also with Indians they are racist.Upon asking on nails re do ., she replied that she can’t do anything and that’s not their fault!!
Ridiculous receptionist and service!!

What a mess!!!!
I am contacting them; getting an email and sending them the information
I have had in-grown toenails my whole life
NEVER EVER did I leave a salon having to put bandaids on or get an infection
My feet are sooooo sore
I may have to go to a doctor!!!
I may have to contact other professionals
Worst experience in my life
The only good thing was my technician had a sweet personality if it wasn’t for that I’d give a negative 10 if I could

Only the nails service was good. But there was no interaction between the nail artist and me. All the workers were talking to each other in their own language. Made me sit at the chair to give us lights to the nails and did not let me know for how long I have to sit. After 15 minutes I asked her she said half an hour you have to sit.
She went to get her own nails done in between.

Worst pedicure I’ve gotten, there was no scrub or lotion or massage of any kind for the feet or legs. Still paid $50 which is on par with a good salon that offers these things. Super unimpressed.
