Penner has consistently provided us quality work and a reasonable price. They’ve saved us from having to write off our car. Whenever they can, Penner provides a free courtesy car, which is extremely helpful (especially with MPI shortages and delays on rental use). I won’t be going to any other auto body anytime soon.

We have used them a couple times now and wow! Above and beyond. They handled an MPI claim as well as personal auto body work and both times they delivered exactly what was promised plus a little more! We will go nowhere else with our vehicles!!

Absolutely amazing customer service. I was unfortunately in an accident on Corydon right outside of the shop - but the staff here were incredibly helpful. Melisa at the front went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and answer all my questions. The guys in the shop took time out of their day to help me with my car. Without even being a paying customer, these folks did everything they could to help me out! 10/10
