I recently purchased 3 shampoo units from Passion Beauty and had an exceptional experience. I was looking for a soft taupe color which was nearly impossible to locate, I came across passion beauty and not only did they have them them in stock, they were delivered so fast! I really appreciated the communication and efficiency of the buying process and would highly recommend!

Walked in and was told the store wasn't open to the public. If your not a salon professional don't waste your time or gas driving here across the city to being told your not welcome.

I had inquired about a salon chair, when I came topick it up I wasn’t told it wouldn’t be in a box or wrapped. They knew ahead of time that I was coming from out of town.Staff was rude when I asked if it could be packed up as well as when they were loading it. Very unorganized & poor customer service.
