I use the cleaning service for my necklace and bracelet every month so of course I’ve already known the procedure step by step. But this time, there was no customer in the store at all and when I asked for my cleaning service, the lady refused at first by saying “no, your bracelet is clean” :) what a kind of service!!! She finally did some cleaning but guess what: NO REWASH IN WATER. She literally took my jewelries out of the pink liquid, wipe it with reusable paper and thats it :) she told me they were clean. My necklace is still having some dark stains after the cleaning and when I complained, she told me “no, our vibrant machine cant clean that, you can use baking soda at home” :) how irresponsible and lazy service is!!! Never buy anything from this store again. Such a big disappointment…

Too long waiting time ,should increase their staff.They don’t even welcome customers by saying hello,waiting there for so long,didn’t even one employee said hi or hello.

You should be nice if they are nice to you. Other’s politeness isn't a sign you can treat people badly. I wasn't surprised by people mentioning the Spanish lady even years ago.Stop humiliating customers for no reason. We couldn’t accept that inappropriate behaviour. She emotionally kept blaming and name calling customer after I said sorry for no reason but pressure and was always being very polite.Even though I shut my mouth because of the limitation of the second language and shock but she just kept talking. Her words were almost close to discriminating. I don’t want to point out her ignorance. But please, stop using your advantage.I know my review can’t change her but I want to share my experience. ?

This place is hillarious, You walk in and they stare at you and dont say a word.They make you look like an idiot if you arent 100% certain of your ring size.And once the transaction is done the Black Chubby girl will just toss your bag and jewelry on the table and present the Debit machine.A jewelry store with customer NonService like this is amazing.Please buy a ring pop and you’ll get much better service.

They forgot to put gift receipt in the bag. I came back to the store the next day to see if I can exchange for the same item in larger size but they refused and told me I have to give them a valid receipt which they never gave us. They didn’t even want to help or offer another option to verify the purchase. Poor customer service.

Currently trying to reach this location or st vital. Neither store is answering their phone calls. I have called around 6 times each since they have opened. Just looks bad as all I had was a question and now I have to waste time to go in person.
