Wow! Maria- the assistant at Charleswood was perfect,, identified herself, listened carefully, set a plan, including a plan B just in case, (including continued care) with timelines to manage my expectations. I can really feel the service offering at this pharmacy, and, this person was an absolute A+ in my books.... that is what I want from a pharmacy. I want to be able to call and explain what I need, and have staff happily and readily get it done. This isn’t the first time but the 10th time they have been able to solve issues with prescriptions because with long wait times to see a doctor, good pharmacies are a must!

This is a great pharmacy, the staff are absolutely amazing.
The knowledge and advice is the best I have ever seen.
Most recently, I had difficulty with the delivery service. The team was so fast in responding to me and following up.
I would gladly give this pharmacy a five star review.

I found Northway by accident when I took a friend who doesn’t drive to get her meds. I am very pleased with their friendly, accommodating service. Special thanks to Dale for counting out my remaining meds and adding to them so I could travel for six weeks. The staff are always polite and smiling….a pleasant change for me. Kudos. Using this pharmacy for about a year.Clean, welcoming, highly professional staff, comfortable opening hours, free parking is available most of the time.I'm not living nearby, taking a 15 minutes to drive, but because of the 100% satisfaction - using only this pharmacy. Very happy to be a loyal customer!

Initially annoyed that i was moved to this location from another Rexall location because of a store closing.
I'm actually really impressed with this pharmacy. the hours of operation would have been an issue, but they will deliver your prescription if you cant make it down by 530. nice staff and really quick! Will be staying with them
