Left a car there to be serviced the next day. Car window smashed. Does not care about who pays and does not go the extra mile to help. The security sucks, cameras do nothing to deter idiots. The place needs to be fenced in if they care about having repeat customers. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THEM.

Have been a customer for years, and Warren and all the mechanics are fantastic to deal with. Always fantastic communication about what’s going on with my vehicles, and really solid service. Used to go to a dealership for repairs and I usually spent way more money and got way fewer answers.

Stay far away from this Company. There service is below Red Seal services. I had my vehicle serviced at Neighborhood Auto and had to be taken to a reputable company to repair the damages that was caused by the service at Neighborhood Auto. Tried to explain to Warren, however he would not admit to the poor service or any compensation. Very Very poor service. STAY AWAY

Wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. I don’t know much about cars and the owner convinced me that his work was done when he didn’t actually do what he said. Guys a thief. Charged me $3200 to replace power steering pump and do brakes. Problem came back a week later and I took it to another mechanic and they told me nothing had been done besides putting in a bottle of power steering fluid. The new mechanic also said I needed new brakes. Also found a McDonald’s wrapper in my engine after he worked on it.

Extremely Nice people, Friendly, But they are very very busy it's hard to make an appointment. But they are worth waiting for if it's something minor and if they know they will not be able to see your vehicle or be able to diagnose it they will tell you that you have to Maybe find a different place which is honest I believe.

The service was amazing and above and beyond. SUV was hit Oct 2020. The body shop I used brought the vehicle to Neighbourhood Auto to have the mechanical work done. Work was done and everything was fine. Fast forward to April 2021 and there was a noise coming from the wheel on the same side as the work was done. Contacted Warren at Neighbourhood Auto and explained to him the noises. Warren was very helpful and told us to bring it in to him so he can take a look. Brought it in on a Monday morning, by 3:30 pm the vehicle was fixed and ready for pick up. Didn’t have to pay a dime as they took care of dealing with MPI and the body shop. I was amazed at the professionalism and quick response. I would recommend this shop to all.
