Decent stock and service, but overpriced. Literally double the price compared to other suppliers nearby, and I'm talking budget parts. Probably decent pricing if you have a major account but this is not the place for people doing their own repairs at home.

Always busy, they need more stuff for the front. Wide selection of items however prices are higher than competition offering the same warranty and brand. I recommend shopping around and comparing prices before buying at napa.

half the price for twice theheadache. i bought 6 spark plugs, but one was broken out of the box; i purchased 6 spark plug wires, but they were missing the longest wire (most important for install) instead it had two #3 wires and no #6. i bought a new MAP sensor ($40): but it broke during the first drive and caused a $325 bill from the shop. 3 out of 3 times the parts came broken. im willing to pay the premium at the mechanic shop now for their garuntee. napa I'm trying to make things work, but its gonna take both of us.

Only 1 person working. On weekends Napa cars parked out front only parking said was employee only . Girl at counter was way over worked but she handled it well .

Lisa is Unbelievably unprofessional it's an absolute joke. Workers are lazy, unhelpful and rude!

Just talked with a lady. Rude. Seemed like she didn’t want to deal with me. After talking with a few people they even knew it was her from the panet location. I only wrote this because it’s every time I call. Now when she answers I hang up and call somewhere else.

The lady on the phone is very rude interrupted me while I was giving her the make and mode of the car just to ask me what kinda car? Like great customer service! If I could give 0 stars I would.

This is a review that should have been mentioned 4 years ago and I do that now as I have not forgotten and am forever grateful for the care and service received from this company.I was returning home to BC after a month on the road across Canada when at 4pm on a Friday night the lights on my dash lit up.I managed to find a NAPA that went out of their way to order me an alternator with an early delivery and set up an appointment without me asking, the next morning with OK Tire Transcona.Unfortunately, I have forgotten the name of the parts service man (Henry or Charlie?)but want to again thank you for your service and goodwill at helping get back on the road.I know it’s a little late but I made it home!!!Thank you so much for your great customer service and I would definitely continue to recommend.Michele OuelletBirken, B.C.
