I straddle that line between being too large for many regular clothing stores and a bit too small for Mr Big and Tall, but my last visit was excellent. Benjamin expertly assisted as my wife and I found a perfect pair of gray dress slacks and a couple of semi-formal sports shirts for me to wear on gigs where jeans and a nice shirt are too casual (I'm a musician).

Let me start by saying no I did not go into this establishment looking to purchase any clothing. I was looking for a large man that could turn me into a baker cause of the loaves I’d be dropping afterwards. I hung around the change room for awhile turning away advances from the persistent, but very courteous salesmen. It was a slow day so when the next salesman came by I asked if he could turn me into Swiss cheese. Next thing I knew he threw me over his shoulders and gave me the ol heave-ho outta the store. I was able to sneak my hotel room key and a note inside his back pocket. Much success

Had an issue where the tag ripped off while I was trying a shirt on at home for my girlfriend. Ended up wanting to go with a different shirt. Store returned my shirt for me no problem. Service was great! Will be back for my formal needs

I can’t believe that this is the only Mr. Big & Tall store in Winnipeg. The staff are friendly and helpful. They understand customer service which is become very scarce. Pleased with my purchases here.

First let me start by saying this , I was working all month clearing snow so I finally got a day off on December 23, 2022 to finish my Christmas shopping, I came a very far way to get a shirt ( boyfriends Christmas gift ) that this particular location did not carry or have in stock (what ever the case, not a problem I was late this year ) I walked through the door and asked a kid folding shirts ... And he looked confused but then .. A more "experienced" looking gentleman, with a beard over heard and took over. He helped me alot in regards to helping me find this shirt, really no need to go into detail of every action he took but he went above and beyond to help me out this Christmas . Thank you so much . I really appreciated your help . I'll be back for some different brands only because of this employee . Thanks again ! Happy Holidays!!

Came to this store looking to try on jackets with my wife since I already saw what they had to offer from the website. I know the older sale male with a white beard was trying to help but he kept lingering when I was trying on jackets when I was asking my wife what she thought about a jacket. That added pressure on my choice so I purchased the jacket. After leaving the store we went to a few other retail stores around the area where I found a even better fitting jacket with the same brand but at a way better price. I had to return the first jacket and when I was walking up to the store I saw that same older male sales guy with the beard see me coming and i saw him rolling his eyes looking up at the ceiling as i came into the store to do the return. That was my first time going to this store and was probably my last due to this interaction

Sales person was friendly and wanted to be helpful. Some good sales. I have noticed a real decline in inventory though. Way less articles of clothing over the last year or so in store. When it's summer and there is only one golf shirt style in 2 colours, that seems off to me. They also have really limited their selection of underwear now, which seems odd. There are waaaay more socks options, than underwear options.

my mama came here recently to buy my brother a suit for his funeral. When her, my sister and my dad (who are all Native) walked in, they were looked at by a sales rep (who literally looked at my sister from head to toe and looked away?) and weren’t welcomed at all. They then walked around, found a suit they liked and wanted assistance. While my mama was walking up to the worker who was just sitting there, so she could get help with the suit, an older white man came into the store and was instantly welcomed by this worker sitting there and another worker. The other worker then showed this older guy around the store. This is disgusting behaviour and I’ll tell everyone I know not to support a business that practises racial discrimination. You cater to helping people. Regardless of someone’s race. To boot, You’re on Native land, remember that.

They used to carry extremely comfortable Haggar khakis but no longer. All the khakis are now terribly uncomfortable low-rise pants that are far inferior to what was available even a year ago. Whether that extra inch of rise was cut away from their offereings for 'fashion' or just to save a buck on materials I don't know. As a result there is sadly no longer a reason to visit this store.
