Walked in on Saturday afternoon just looking to possibly add another suit to my wardrobe. The store was busy, but Alan greeted me after a couple minutes of browsing and was very accommodating while I tried on multiple suits. While helping me, he was also juggling helping at least 3 other customers, and he regularly checked in with me and managed to provide everyone with great service. I purchase a suit and Alan had to order the pants in, so I'm hoping it's here to wear for a dinner in 3 weeks, but if not, still friendly and amazing service.

Didn't had the Moores experience today, no customer service, actually no service what's so ever, had to go looking for cashier to even pay for merchandise I got.

Charged me to press suites for me , my dad and brother double which only took them less than 5 minutes,because he said it was too wrinkle. $33 is crazy. The two front people from management and the Taylor were extremely unwelcoming and unprofessional.

I brought back a custom suit to get some alterations done, but the tailor didn’t even take a proper look. She just said nothing could be done. This is my second unpleasant experience at Moores.

Haylee was a total pro helping me select a suit for an upcoming family wedding. She had excellent product knowledge on all Moore's offerings & her customer service was top drawer. Please give this hard working manager a raise!

Went there to get fitted for a suit for a wedding party I am in. Not even a coat rack to hang customers jackets on. I got an email to give them a review and I gave 4/10 stars. I then got a phone call a day later where the girl was making me feel guilty for giving them the review I did. I also mentioned for what it is, it seemed very expensive. She then offered to remove a $7 charge because of a spare white shirt in our kit, what a joke. I now get an email from these guys every single day. WHAT A JOKE talk about a company who does nothing but pester you and make you feel guilty for leaving a review. This experience is enough for me to not deal with them ever again.

I went to get fitted for my wedding and was ignored by all the staff, even after I asked for help. I did not receive any assistance until I saw the person I had asked for help go help someone else. At that point, I became frustrated and left. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a 6'2, 200-pound Native American man, but when I asked for help, I was ignored, and the same man went to help a Caucasian man. I will never return to Moore's; I have never felt more discriminated against.
Edit: I later went to the Moores located on McPhillips and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was offered a fitting without having to ask for help! Take notes, Moores on Regent; that's how you treat customers, no matter their race.

I went with my husband and son grad suit shopping. Ignored initially by staff , even snubbed by one male employee but one girl, Micki was amazing and saved the day! I was almost ready to leave. We got a suit, shirt, tie, shoes and 2 belts and she got the sizes etc needed so quickly. Good job Mikayla. You’re worth a raise!

Hailey was an absolute WONDER to work with!! she helped out our party of 5 get fitted for our suits and was a blast to chat with. kind, knows her work, knows how to and when to have fun, and did everything with upmost customer service and respect. Can’t wait to thank her in person again when it’s time to pick our suits up!

Winnipeg, Regent store even though has diverse ethnic race there's always one person that's going to judge you how you look first thing come in in the store. So don't wear sweat pants and tuque to the store. Came in to the store to get some trimming on the sleeve then proceeded to say my suit is old even though i bouht it last year. Not there to sell it ...fyi lady in the back is always bad mood when asked. Totally Not Recommend. O star's for me this store
