Disappointing experience today at this location. Since there is no survey you can complete on the receipts I cannot give feedback other than here. Walked in wasn’t greeted by the one employee working, she was too busy on her phone. Saw a sign in the window saying there was a “buy more save more” promo going on where it’s save $5 when you spend $25, save $10 when you spend $50 and save $25 when you spend $100. Finally went to go pay; only then did I converse with the employee who set down her phone to ring me up. Asked her about the promo in the window and she said there is no promo, I asked again but there’s a sign. She said no, ok so that’s fine. She rung me up then immediately went back onto her phone, I then asked her if she was gonna take down the sign in the window so other customers weren’t expecting to receive the same promotion, she was too busy on her phone to hear me. That being said, I think I’ll only be going to the location inside polo park, where the employees are way more attentive and professional.

We went to the store this morning and we found a turtle plush but we wanted 2 more of those so Fatima called 3 different stores and looked for the same product elsewere, luckily we found one at polo park. Her customer service is amazing.

Went to miniso the first and bought a car air freshener , the price that was posted and the price at till was different. I asked them and said that maybe some of the customers moved it. So I didn’t mind at all.But today, I bought two item and there was no one at the store. The two items I bought have a different price posted again. So I showed them the price list of the item and my receipt, I asked for the price adjustment and said that they cant do that because I already paid for it but I didn’t even left the store and even showed it to worker before leaving. They just took the price that was posted and kept saying that they cant do anything about it.Never again going to this location because it happened twice already and just hid the fact that they’re posted price and what you pay for is different!! Check your receipts and when they scan it before paying! Most of the items isn’t what the actual price of!

Too much we bare bears and marvel. More selection please. More stationary goods and less stuff that can be found in regular stores. Store aisle are hard to move around in because location is small.
