Extremely detailed and cleaned inside. They organized all my items into a box at the back which I appreciated. All consoles, matts, upholsteries and pillars were spotless. The front counter gentleman was friendly. I got shuttled in the morning, which was great. 10/10.

Came in July to put tint, rustproof and Ming Mirror finish on my new 2024 RAV4. In fact, I came back a second time to redo the tint and it still wasn't done right. There is a smudge on the back windscreen that I cannot wash off, some bubble on the windows and a deep cut on the driver door step. I was calm when I complained and they offered to buy me the new part and to redo the tint when they have the part. I called last 2 weeks and they said it should come tomorrow, we will give you a call. I called again this week since I didn't hear back and I wanted to get it over with. It was the worse and most condescending call I’ve ever taken.
I mentioned that my part was ordered and I needed to come in to fix some of the issues left behind. The person on the phone said “So have we called you yet?” I said “No, but that was 2 weeks ago and someone said it was gonna arrive the next day”. He replied “So we ordered a part for you and we don’t have control over it. If you haven’t receive a call from us yet means the part isn’t here yet.” To be honest, I don’t even know if Ming did order my part. It is a new car and it had such a deep cut and it was left super muddy when let it at the lot.
I’m honestly too tired to call again if I’m just going to get that kind of reply. Ruined my entire day just like that. I heard so many recommendations and my expectations on those were not even close. Very disappointed with the professional service and the customer service too. Made my brand new car’s interior looked like a 2nd hand lot dirt car.

Brought my 2023 GMC Denali in for an exterior detail in hopes to refresh the black after a couple of years of dust, gravel, and outdoor element exposure. The results from Ming BEYOND exceeded my expectations! Everywhere I go I receive compliments again on how shiny my truck is. Looks even better then the day I picked it up brand new on the showroom floor! They even went out of their way and cleaned the inside of my window, my dash, steering wheel, and display screen. I could not be happier and can not thank the staff at Ming enough for the incredible job and care they have put into my vehicle. Already booking in for next year! 11/10 would recommend. Thanks again!

DO NOT BOOK HERE FOR ANY SERVICE.
I brought my Honda Civic in to this company for a window tint on all of my 4 windows plus my back windshield on July 31st.
I have never been so disappointed with the QUALITY OF WORK from a company ever in my life.
I paid $400 for my window tint and left crying over how badly the workers had just messed up the job I paid them to do.
When i first arrived back to Ming to pick up my car once the tint was completed, I found my car sitting in the front lot with all the doors unlocked.
I took a first look at the work that was done to my car and I was disgusted with the quality of work that this company called 'acceptable'.
There was (and still is) air bubbles on every window in my car. When my dad and I brought this up to the manager, he stated that 'that is just how the tint drys and the bubbles will come out'. While most of the bubbles did come out of the centre of my windows, the corners of my windows are FILLED with air bubbles STILL.
To make this even better, I was sent home with my car FULL of scratches on all of my windows. The quality of what they consider to be good work is honestly embarrassing. My windows had looked like a dog had been let loose in my car and fully scratched the inside of it.
I still paid FULL PRICE for this service and left. Once I sat inside my car, I looked to my passanger seat and saw all of my back head rests THROWN in the passanger seat for me to put back in. The workers had also 'forgot' to tint my quarter windows in the front two windows.
THIS WAS A RUSHED JOB. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR, OR YOUR TIME.
I called the Ming that night and left a message stating how disappointed I was with the job and would like for it to be redone as there was an immense amount of air bubbles and scratches.
The manager proceeded to argue with my family about the quality of work done to my car.
Ming did 're do' the front 2 windows of my car, but only to leave new scratches to my windows.
They said they would re do the windows again if I was dissatisfied but, as I live out of town, this is a major inconvenience to be without a car. Not only that, I no longer believe that Ming is capable of sub par work. If I were to get my windows 'fixed' it would ultimately lead to more scratches and disappointment.
My expectations for this company are at an all time low.
This company sent me home with a product that reflects an EMBARRASSING work ethic.
My car sill has air bubbles and scratches on it right now.
In my opinion, Ming does not and will not ever care about your car. As long as they got there check, there happy.
I have attached pictures of how my car looks CURRENTLY.
I have never felt worse about something I have paid for ever in my life.

Took my wife's 2016 corolla for the mirror finish as she had a lot of small door dings and scratches from her work parking lot. Staff was very friendly and the car was ready at the time stated. I couldn't believe how good the paint looked, it looked almost new. What really surprised me was the interior of the car was cleaned and looked better than new. Very happy with a great job.

We have a long history with Ming. Whenever we purchased a new vehicle the intention was to keep it for many years. We would always take it to Ming to have it rust proofed and undercoated to help protect our investment. Ming has not disappointed us over the years with their attention to detail. I would highly recommend them.

I had a hail claim and booked an appointment today with Ming to reapply rust proofing to drivers fender, new engine hood and apply Ming paint finish to the new engine hood under an autopac claim. I was there at opening 07:45 and attempted to explain what the insurance claim covered and requested price for applying Ming paint finish to rest of the car at my expense.
Trevor (manager) at one point got frustrated and told me to stop talking about the different car parts with frustration in his voice. It was not what he said it was his tone that was very insulting. There was no one else present. It was not a stressful work environment. It was 07:45 opening time. I signed the insurance claim and gave OK for $289 to complete the car Ming application on balance of car. He was nice enough to offer a ride to my home.
After waiting a few minutes I thought about his attitude and asked to talk to Claude who I dealt with in past. Trevor said he had retired. When I asked to talk to someone above Trevor, a supervisor, or a manager he stated he was the only one to talk to. I assumed he had the final word.
When I asked if he was happy with the way he treated me and how I interpreted his tone he felt he did right by me. I apologize if I overwhelmed him. I took my car and will not be getting the free Autopac work completed nor the $289 reapplication of Ming paint finish I was going to pay for.
I have had work done at Ming and love the product but will not be returning due to disrespectful service Trevor gave. Too bad when a great business turns a long time customer off. I wish you better service if you do business with Ming Auto Detailing. They do have a great product from my experience! My two star review is for the product… my customer service experience today was a failure.
PS Trevor is not a new employee he has been at Ming since 2017 when I started dealing with the company.
