“I had arrived at in Winnipeg for an executive-level event however the airline delayed delivery of my baggage leaving me without professional attire. Within 1.5 hrs of closing, I attending the store and received the full attention of staff who were made aware of my needs. Considering my packed business attire were high-end custom made brand(s), I expected that I would need to lower my expectations for an off-the-rack last-minute purchase. The staff listened to me and incorporated sizing needs, preference for suit-style and (with what I'm assuming was their solid knowledge of the store's inventory portfolio), pulled a Canali wide-peak lapel single-breasted suit and trousers that were a near-perfect match to my size and style preference I had explained. Staff made arrangements to tailor the garment by store closing (i.e. within 45 min of purchase). I departed the store, returned to my hotel to change and carried on with my planned events.”
“I had initially gone in there for some clothing for a job interview, Richard, a staff member was working there and just from observation noticed that the sizing I had chosen was incorrect. He was able to help me with my entire process and we had really nice conversation as well. I was fantastic, update on the interview: I got the position!!”

“Recently I’d purchased a Suit from Tip Top Tailors. Having Never officially bought a suit before, definitely a new experience! I by no means dress like someone who’d wear a suit. Regular street/urban cloths, work boots Ball Cap, your usual blue collar worker with a reflective jacket! Due to massive weight loss, I went to go and just browse through their stock. Obviously I had a few questions and Danni (Who happens to be the store manager) address them with out judgement. She measured my size and encouraged me to try a few things on. She’d given amazing suggestions which ultimately did lead me to purchasing a suit for an interview I have coming up quick! Not only was SHE single handedly AMAZING at addressing my needs, she was very laid back and supportive! As fore mentioned, I hadn’t chosen right away to pursue the purchase. I had sort of Hummed and Hawd. Took me 2 weeks to pull the trigger and say yes! Partly had to come up with the funds. And for someone who is on disability and works part time as a school bus driver, I managed. They allowed me to put the suit on hold once I realized that I was going to make the purchase and understood that I couldn’t wait if they’d sold out. I’m an easy person to please but difficult to impress. To go into a store and be treated like an equal is rare! Their whole team is amazing and absolutely floored with the excellence of this establishment. Although they’re usually 1-2 staff at a time, they do recognize when you need space and need assistance. Again though their staff is small, they do assist other customers (at the appropriate time) politely and attentively ensure the quality service of a TOP tailored experience! Affordable prices, Quality products, amazing staff… Definitely say they should have a 5 Star review! But you can’t please everyone right! Someone always wants the royal treatment better then the royals themselves get! Looking for a suit… Check out and go with TTT in the North Gate Mall!”

“Walked in on Saturday afternoon just looking to possibly add another suit to my wardrobe. The store was busy, but Alan greeted me after a couple minutes of browsing and was very accommodating while I tried on multiple suits. While helping me, he was also juggling helping at least 3 other customers, and he regularly checked in with me and managed to provide everyone with great service. I purchase a suit and Alan had to order the pants in, so I'm hoping it's here to wear for a dinner in 3 weeks, but if not, still friendly and amazing service.”

John & Charlie provided such great customer service each time we came in and helped guide us in the right direction for our destination wedding. “Came here just to praise the incredible sales associate, Maila, who assisted with my purchase(s) today. She was extremely attentive and helpful. I’m a millennial who hasn’t shopped for denim since skinny jeans were in, and the process was honestly a little daunting; especially with all the new & different styles offered. Maila suggested several pairs of shorts/pants, based on my preferred style/fit, which all fit perfectly. She was honest about the styles that suited (and didn’t suit) the style/fit I was looking for and I ended up purchasing all of her suggested items. “Great work boots especially 34313. I've gone through two of them in 5 years. I love that they're much lighter and robust compared to the redwing super sole 2.0. My only concern is on both pairs they tended to rip off from the sole around the heel area.”
