I would have given this store at Polo Park 0 stars if I could have.
Please be aware of the store manager Stephanie.
I actual experienced discrimination today directly from her.
I reported this incident with the head office in Montreal.
She should not be in any management/customer service position.
Being in the hair styling business for over 30 years, I cannot believe the confrontational circumstance I encountered with this woman today.
I'm actually disgusted as are the people I have told this story to.
Montreal has apologised to me for her unacceptable actions towards me.
I sure hope Upper Management and her District Manager reprimand her.
Thankfully, there is excellent customer service at the St Vital Melanie Lyne store.

A medium grade rating because I have loved some of purchases I have made online, especially, sweaters and tops, easily 5stars. However, the pant sizing chart can misrepresent the item’s actual measurements. Two previous purchases of slacks fit perfectly, so when I was making a Final Sale purchase, I checked the size chart to be sure, the pants would fit.
The pants are easily two sizes too big and when I emailed my concern regarding the sizing misrepresentation, the Customer Service response stated there was nothing wrong with the product sizing.

Aurora was absolutely amazing! She know what I was looking for and even things I didn’t know I needed. It was like shopping with a best friend that is honest and will help you find the perfect item and with help you look and feel your absolute best! I left feeling like I was her only customer and I had all of her attention the entire time I was there. I wish more company’s and retail associates were this helpful and attractive. I will be going back to see Aurora again for all my furniture style needs! And recommending her to everyone I know and you should you should too!!!

Your refund policy for online purchases is terrible. No one wants to be stuck with a store credit or exchange for an item they can't try on. I've never shopped here and now I never will. I called and asked if they could bring the dress into the store to try and that isn't an option unless I pay for it.

Shopping at the Melanie Lyne stores in both Polo Park and St. Vital is always a wonderful experience. There is true customer service which is seriously lacking in many other retail stores. The quality of the clothing is excellent and the staff are friendly and willing to provide assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

I was looking for a specific shell top. The sales representative immediately found what I needed and ordered one for me in my size. The shop is pleasant and well stocked, the staff are efficient and kind. I will shop there again
