This location is local to me so I stopped in on the way home after someone decided to rub their car against my week-old truck in superstore parking lot. The crew there were very sympathetic and took care of it on the spot, doing a very good touch-up job that I have been unable to notice at all since. Cost? Zilch.Fast forward a few months to now, I dinged up my truck myself this time over the weekend. I went to Maaco Monday morning and again they immediately got to work. They took it and buffed the damage out 98% right there on the spot. Cost? Zero again. Other than requesting a Google review — and here it is. I wish I had the young man’s name but he seems to be in charge down there. Great people.

Had an insurance claim repaired by maaco on Wall Street and I was very impressed with the quality of the work. The car was returned to me on time and it was nicely cleaned up.

If you are reading this, I left a previous review with a very accurate description regarding the claim related issues itself. This one may be seen as a petty post. However, after 2.5 months of wait to get my car back, I honestly expected to have it either on same conditions or better, and nothing in a worse shape than before. I am not sure if the left wiper blade was broken when removing/fixing the front of the car (damage was on the front RIGHT side, so the claim did not include anything on the left), but the minimum I expected was for that to be fixed. When I came back this morning to get the alignment issue fixed (it was about 30 degrees to the left, and yes, they did give me the car in that condition) I asked them to get the wipers fixed, as they were definitely not in that estate before. Maybe I should have been more clear and written down that I expected them to get that fixed either within the quote or under their cost, as you can see in the video, this most likely happened when they were fixing the car and had nothing to do with the incident that led me there in the first place. And they wanted to charge us for it, “it would cost more than bringing to another place”. So when I picked up the car I mentioned that I was unhappy with the situation and they ASKED me why, when I started explaining my view on the way everything went, I was interrupted many times as they tried to provide excuses for everything and all the delays and errors. Honestly, they never called us in 2 months to give an update, WE had to call every two weeks. Communication was terrible, and the minimum that I expected was to have a fully working car, not a super empty gas tank ( I had NEVER driven my car with the fuel lights on) and broken wiper blades. And furthermore, if you are not ready to listen, don’t ask. If someone is talking, you listen. You can disagree, but you should not interrupt - wait for your turn.Not affecting this review as this was not promised anywhere, but I also expected that the car would be all clean inside and out, and feeling “fresh”, but it was also disappointing on top of it all to see dust inside, and some marks on the outside of the car.So, maybe I am being petty, but since my experience was completely invalidated, I leave this one start review regarding service.

never sending my friend for another repair in this company. youll see some hidden damages under a paint and im not stupid or blind to see through a paint

Brought in our Honda Pilot for an MPI claim as well as paint peeling on the roof, tailgate, and rust on driver side door (not part of insurance claim). Josh explained the process and best way to fix the paint peeling without breaking the bank. When I picked it up 4 days later, the Pilot was washed and vacuumed head to toe. The end result looks fantastic. The blend of new paint to existing paint is seamless (three stage pearl white). I had a minor issue in the end and Josh said to bring it back. They rectified it as best they could. Thoroughly happy with the results and overall customer service.

I hit a raccoon and destroyed my car's front bumper. These guys did a great warrantied repair job. They were very upfront in telling me that the paint job came out slightly too dark, before I even noticed it, and offered to repaint it for free. I just picked it up after the repainting and noticed they also cleaned the inside of the car and returned it looking factory brand new. Fantastic shop and I would go back if I needed to for sure.

Only 5 stars? They deserve much more than 5! They fixed my car in the time they said they would. I felt welcome and treated very professionally and with no bull. Other shops said they would "take a look" of my car prior to taking the job, end of August. I am very happy with their work.Thank you, guys!

Excellent Service. Josh took care of my car. He fixed few scratches and did not charge me. He even gave me the touch up paint for free. I highly recommend this place. Fast and Reliable.

I took my Mazda 3 to Maaco to have it checked for stubborn stains on its hood. Maaco is quick and was able to immediately accommodate the next day to see if they are able to get rid of the stain by polishing the car. Josh (manager) exercised caution by instructing me to take pictures of the stains on the car before they did anything in case they were unable to remove the stain, so that I may be able to take it to MPI for coverage. Josh was very knowledgeable and figured out that the stains were calcium deposits from the ceiling of an indoor parking. They successfully removed the stains within the hour and gave my car a wash, too! Maaco gave me an estimate with the possible repairs, but realizing it was a simple fix, they offered to do it for free! Maaco's customer/car services were beyond expectations and they will definitely be my go-to for any car troubles in the future. Thank you Maaco!

AMAZING SERVICE! These guys excell where most fail. this time my suv window was smashed and they allowed me to bring to get it taped up gave me advice and fixed my window next day. If you want it done fast and right I can't recommend anyone else. Also going from mpi with them was a breeze. This was my 4th time there and each time was great.

Incredibly fast service and wonderful paint job!Ford quoted over $5000 to do the work that Maaco did for $2200!! Excellent craftsmanship, and very fast professional service.Highly recommend and will use their services again!

These guys are the only place you will ever need to go. I am from Brandon and had a run in with a light pole. I knew I had to get back to Brandon that day for o am on oxygen. I talk with Josh and they took my car in made it drivable so I could get back to Brandon. These men were kind caring and helpful people.
